Delightful first floor, two bedroom apartment situated in the Villamartin area on the South Costa Blanca. The apartment is just five years old and is part of an established residential development. The solarium enjoys sun all day with sea views and surrounding area. There is also a second good size balcony. The apartment is situated close to many beaches and golf courses. Just a short walk away you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and a bank. The property is furnished including hot and cold air-conditioning throughout. There is parking space for one vehicle. La Zenia blue flag beach is 5 minutes drive away. Torrevieja town is 10 minutes drive, where you will find cafes, shops, restaurants and daily street markets and much more.

Changeover day
Bookings are preferably Saturday to Saturday, however, other days will be considered subject to availability. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. You are required to vacate by 11am on your departure day to allow for cleaning.

Living Rooms: A large open plan lounge/dining room, dining table and chairs, sideboard, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, coffee table, CD/radio, Digital TV. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a private balcony complete with patio furniture.

Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. Property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. There is an additional 40 euro charge to cover cleaning/laundry cost, payable on arrival to our key holder.

Notes on accommodation
Off road parking available for one vehicle directly outside the property. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Accessibility
As this is a first floor apartment it is not suitable for wheel chair users.

Outside
An internal staircase leads to a large private solarium allowing views of the sea and surrounding area. Four sun loungers, a pergola with patio furniture and a shower, are provided for your use. The communal swimming pools are just a minute walk away. Both are enclosed and have private coded security access.

Coast/Beach
The coast line has many superb beaches within easy reach. The nearest beach is at La Zenia, a blue flag sandy beach approx 5 mins drive away, with coastal path linking other lovely coves and beaches.

Golf
For the golf fanatics, this area boasts some of the finest golf courses on the Costa Blanca. Villamartin is just 3 minutes drive away, Campoamor and Las Ramblas 5-6 minutes away. All three courses offer a variety of challenges suitable for all golfers whatever your handicap.

Travel
Murcia (San Javier) airport is the nearest, approximately 20 minutes to the south. Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive to the north. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Torrevieja town is only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. It is a good place for shopping and eating. There is a lovely promenade with restaurants and ice cream parlors, also night markets. There are two marinas. Only 30 minutes drive to the city of Murcia and 20 minutes to the large natural lagoon of the Mar Menor. Alicante being 45 minutes and the market town of San Miguel 10 minutes.

Further details
There are restaurants, bars and a good supermarket within easy walking distance at the Los Dolses commercial centre. A little further is the Villamartin Plaza centre which offers many more restaurants, bars with entertainment, etc. Street markets are every day of the week at nearby areas, where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, leather goods, clothes, etc. The salt lakes, inland of Torrevieja and at the Mar Menor offering health giving properties, are also home to large flocks of flamingo.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure booking, with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. A security/damage deposit of £100 is also required with the balance of payment, which will be returned after departure subject to no damage to the apartment/loss of keys etc. There is an additional 40 euro charge to cover cleaning/laundry cost, payable on arrival to our key holder.
