Algorfa is the nearest village (5 min drive or 25 min walk). Typically Spanish with a lovely square where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink & a bite to eat with the very friendly locals & other visitors. The sun terrrace & restaurant at the Golf Club is open to all & offers an excellent variety of food & drink.

The apartment and surrounding areas are child friendly but please bear in mind this is an upper floor apartment so you will encounter a few steps.
The large beautiful communal pool is just a few steps from the apartment and has a child friendly section. The pool is for the sole use of residents and their visitors / guests.

Accessibility
Some steps are encountered when approaching the apartment and up to the large roof-top solarium / sun terrace so it may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

The large beautiful communal pool is just a few steps from the apartment and has a child friendly section. The pool is for the sole use of the residents / visitors.
A 10 minute walk by the side of golf course will take you to the club house where you can enjoy a coffee and / or a snack whilst watching the golfers tee off. Alternatively, eat in the bautiful restaurant which is excellent and very resonably priced. There are also a wide variety of restaurants / cusines to choose from within a short drive.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach resort of Guardamar is only a 15 minute drive away and offers 11kms of fine sandy beaches in front of sand dunes and a pine forest with restaurants close to hand. To the north lies Alicante and the stunning mountain top village of Guadalest. There are many other beautiful beaches accessible within a short drive.

Golf
The apartment is located on the highest point overlooking the La-finca golf course and commands spectacular views of both the golf course and countryside. Additionally, the Marquesa, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses lie just a 30 minute drive away. La Manga Golf resort is a 50 minute drive south.

Travel
The apartment is only half an hour’s drive from both Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports, both serviced by the low cost airlines. Car hire is recommended to enable you to take full advantage of the local beaches, golf courses, surrounding countryside and activities.

Distances
Algorfa is the nearest village which is quaint & typically Spanish & a 5 min drive or 25 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from covering most cuisines within a short drive. If you'd like to eat closer to home, take a short walk to La Finca’s clubhouse which has an excellent restaurant where you can dine inside or al fresco. Very good markets & local supermarkets are in the nearby towns of Quesada, Benijofar, Los Montesinos, Guardamar & Torrevieja. All are a 5 to 15 min drive.

Booking is by email or phone. £100 deposit will be required to secure your booking, with the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday. A £100 returnable breakage / security deposit is also required when paying the balance.
Cancellation more than 6 weeks before departure - deposit not refunded.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of departure - deposit not refunded and 50% of rental cost payable.
