Traditional Spanish style 2 bedroom villa. Casa Bonita was purpose built in 1990 for the owners who live there part-time. It is well maintained and cared for. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an established clean and quiet residential area where there is a mixture of full-time and part-time residents mainly from the UK. The property has private off road parking. There is a supermarket, papershop, German baker, English hairdresser, car hire and some bars within walking distance. In Moraira village there are banks, bars, restaurants, bakers, gift shops, boutiques and more to cater for most day to day holiday needs.

A non refundable deposit of 1/3rd of the total rental is required to secure your booking with the balance payable eight weeks before arrival date. A refundable key security deposit of £100 is also payable (this will be returned to you when you return the villa keys to us after your holiday).

Changeover day
Changeover days in June, July, August and September are Saturdays. Arrival after 3pm and departure before 10am.

Utility Room: Washing machine and sink available in the pool room underneath the terrace.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with 2 modern sofas, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, DVD, Satellite receiver, door to entrance hall and patio door to Naya leading onto outside terrace.
Other: Front entrance hall with coat hanging space. Naya with sofa and 2 chairs looking out over terrace, swimming pool and southern aspect towards the sea.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels, not beach towels, and bed linen are provided. The property is cleaned between rentals but extra bed linen is available on site.

Notes on accommodation
A car is highly recommended for holidays based at our villa, it is situated on a quiet road in a mature residential area in the hills about 5 minutes drive from Moraira village and the beach.
The villa can accommodate young children, with the expected parental safety responsibility and supervision when children are near water and stairs. The private front gateway is the only formal access onto the site, the gates can be locked. Once you are through the front door, which has a lockable wrought iron outer gate, the villa accommodation, terrace and swimming pool are all on the same level with rear access through a gate and steps leading down to the pool room and garden area.

Accessibility
The property is not designed for wheelchair access. There are 4 steps from the drive up to the front door. The living accommodation and the terrace/swimming pool are all on the same level. From the terrace there are six steps down to a side terrace and 3 more steps down for access to the pool room and rear garden.

Outside
The terrace is south facing, it is ideal for sun worshippers, catching the sun practically all day!! There is an awning above the patio doors from the glazed-in Naya and at least a couple of Sun-berellas which can be moved around the terrace as required. There are 3 sunbeds, 4 recliner chairs as well as a dining table and 4 chairs.

The swimming pool is at the end of the terrace which is on the same level as the accommodation. There is an outside shower on the terrace. The pool is 8m x 4m with "Roman steps" leading down into the shallow end at a depth of 1m dropping to 1.8m at the deep end.

There is access from the terrace to a lower terrace at the side of the property which offers an additional private sitting area and can be set up with the gas fired BBQ and an additional table and chairs. At the rear of the property is a gravelled area with a lemon tree and an area for the washing line.

Coast/Beach
Moraira and El Portet beaches are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Both beaches are classed as safe and clean. The more adventurous can walk to the beaches as it is all downhill! Beware though, it is all uphill on the way back!

Golf
Crazy Golf and Tennis is available at Sol Park a five miute drive away. San Jamie Golf Club is about a 15 minute drive away and Javea Green Golf Club is about 20 minutes in the opposite direction.

Travel
Flights to Alicante or Valancia are convenient as Moraira is situated about half way between. Alicante airport is about 60 miles and Valencia airport is about 75 miles, both via the AP7 motorway.

Distances
Places to visit include Calpe (8 miles south), with its beaches and fresh seafood, harbour side restaurants. Benidorm is a further 20 miles along the coast. Javea (8 miles north) in the opposite direction with its Arenal Beach promenade and beach side restaurants with Javea 'old town' further along the coast road with its fishing port and bars and restaurants offer a contrast to the popular Arenal. The medieval town of Guadalest is 30 miles inland and is a popular tourist spot.

Further details
Moraira is one of those places in Spain which is very popular with the family holiday maker. If you have not visted before we are confident that your first time will not be your last time, especially if you like small, clean, smart and relatively quiet places. It is not the place you go to if you want nightclubs and rowdy bars open all hours. It offers good dining venues hosted by a number of different nationalities and to suit most pockets ranging from 'pub grub' style through curries, Chinese, pizzas to Cordon Bleu cuisine served on quiet terraces overlooking the sea.

Booking notes
When all payments clear the banking system we will send out an information package together with a set of keys.
As already mentioned a non refundable deposit of 1/3rd of the total rental price is required at the time of booking to secure the dates with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A returnable 'key security' deposit of £100 is also required with the final payment. We will return the security deposit when you return the keys to us after your holiday.
