El Cortijo is located in the quiet residential area of Buenavista. Situated close to the coast road between Moraira and Calpe. Buenavista is an ideal location for exploring the beautiful beaches and coves along the route. The private pool and terrace have sun all day but shade is available if it gets too hot and of course the pool to cool you down! The outside kitchen and barbecue also provide a shady area for outside dining. Located a few minutes walk away is a supermarket, and restaurant etc. A beach bar with magnificant sea views is just a short walk. Moraira is a short drive away and has a great range of restaurant, bars, beaches and much more. There are many things you can do locally such as any water sports, golf, historical sights to see, local markets and so on. We would be happy to advise you on any personal interests or hobbies you wish to persue.

Changeover day
We have a flexible changeover system. If a midweek changeover is preferred please state your preference at time of booking.

Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed.
Bathrooms: Separate bathroom with shower and wc.
Kitchen: Full equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge with sofa, Sky TV, video and DVD.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly. Beach/pool towels are not provided, guests must provide these. The property is cleaned weekly.

Outside
Kidney shaped pool, 8 x 4 with terrace, ample sun loungers are located in our secluded garden. Shaded barbecue area with outside kitchen and dining table.

Coast/Beach
Moraira with its reputation as one of the most exclusive and prettiest towns on the Costa Blanca, has several blue flag beaches, these are all within a 5 minute drive.
The nearest beach to the apartment is Cala Advocat which is a 5 mins walk.
Calpes' long stretches of golden sands are a 10 mins drive.
Nearby Javea is a 20 mins drive and the Arenal is a busy, family beach with a promenade lined with cafes and shops.

Golf
Morairas Ifach golf club is a 5 mins drive. There are many other local courses including Javea, a 20 mins drive and the La Sella club near Denia is around a 30 mins drive.

Travel
Alicante airport is an easy 85km drive and usually takes around 1 hour.
Valencia airport is 105km and the drive is approx. 1 1/4 hours.
Car hire is recommended.

Further details
The garden apartment can either be booked as a self catering unit or bed and breakfast. We will be happy to provide a B&B service to our guests. Please ask for details at time of booking.
