Set in a residential area of Calpe this individually designed south facing detached villa is set in its own beautiful gardens, with stunning views over countryside to the Sierra Bernia Mountain range rising to over 1.000 meters. The main town of Calpe is 3km away, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes. Built in a traditional style with whitewash walls, arched wooden windows and exposed beams, the living areas have everything you will need for your stay with neutral furnishing and have been designed with comfort in mind. The villa has central heating for the winter and air-con for summer. Casa Azza is set within more than 1500 meters of grounds and has a fully walled terrace surrounding our privately owned kidney shaped pool with a sun terrace complete with poolside shower, patio furniture, sun lounges and parasol where you can enjoy day long sun and fabulous views. There is also a separate BBQ area by the pool.

Changeover day
Changeover will normally be on a Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival – although we will try to accommodate your flights! Vacate by 10.00am on the day of your departure.

Casa Azza is set within more than 1500 meters of grounds and has a fully walled terrace surround our privately owned kidney shaped pool (8m x 4m) with a sun terrace complete with poolside shower, patio furniture, sun lounges and parasol where you can enjoy day long sun and fabulous views. There is also a separate BBQ area by the pool. The villa is a fabulous escape for the families summer holiday.

Coast/Beach
The villa is approximately 5 minutes easy drive from Calpe which is a busy market town, dominated by the huge ' Penon de Ifach' rock alongside which run two long, sandy, blue-flag beaches which are safe, clean and ideal for children. Calpe has a harbour, marina and bustling high street as well as many bars and restaurants, including some great sea food restaurants, on the beachfront and in the picturesque Old Town.

Golf
A good range of golf courses betwen 15 minutes and 1 hour drive from the villa.

Travel
Nearest airport is Alicante (70km approx) then Valencia (120km approx), both airports are approximately 60minutes drive away. Cheap flights available to both.

Distances
Benidorm is about 30 minutes drive away and the picturesque resorts of Denia, Javea as well as the old town of Altea are all within 30 minutes drive.


Further details
What you will discover when you visit Calpe is that it is a vibrant community that has used its tourism-created wealth well. One of the attractions of the town itself is that it isn't just a holiday resort, dominated by bars, ice cream parlours and restaurants. It has a huge number of thriving businesses, ranging from department stores and furniture emporiums to the sort of hardware and ironmongery shops that in Britain seem to have been swept aside by the B&Q tide. It's a market town for the surrounding area (literally, as there is a huge Saturday market with superb fresh produce, as well as clothes, leather goods and bric-a-brac), and doesn't die in the winter, unlike so many seaside resorts. That makes it a particularly popular destination for long-stay winter visitors. Most visitors, whatever season they come, seem to like it a lot, and thanks to the train (and reasonably priced taxis) it's easy to get to if you don't have a car - you can even get to the Terra Mítica theme park by train. Many visitors never move from its wonderful beaches, but those who do find there are plenty of walks and places of interest to keep them occupied.

Booking notes
To secure a booking you will need to send a personal cheque and your address to us along with an advanced payment of 30% of the total accommodation cost for the deposit and then the remaining balance will be required approximately six weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
There is also a returnable security deposit of £75 to be paid with your final payment, which is refundable after you have vacated the villa.
