Casa Andaluz is a traditional Spanish Finca with modern additions, situated in the green hills of Cap Marti on the famous El Tosalet urbanisation of beautiful Javea. This area of the Costa Blanca known as the Orange blossom coast and is more like Cornwall with sun. Rocky bays and headlands with stunning views, a selection of beaches to suit every taste all framed by the stunning backdrop of the Montgo Mountain. Accommodation is in 3 separate buildings everyone has a chance of privacy and the enclosed courtyard patio area is the perfect meeting and dining area or place to relax away from the action of the pool area. Set on a 2000 square metre flat plot the villa is very people friendly with only a few exterior steps, 3 to the pool terracing and 5 to the guests lodge. This part of Javea is mainly family orientated villas, no package tours operating in the area and is well served with a good range of bars and restaurants and with a road free sandy beach promenade - perfect for children.

Normal changeover day is Saturday, however we will consider mid week dates.
There are travel cots for upto 3 infants.

Departure Saturday's 10am or by mutual prior arrangement. Every effort is made to fit in with your itinerary.

| Kitchen: | New kitchen 2006, with 6 burner range gas stove with 2 ovens and grill. Eye level microwave. Fridge/freezer. Latest 2 bowl sink with extending hose spray tap. Integrated dishwasher. |

| Living Rooms: | Interior dining room (rarely used) with extending table to seat 12 with 8 matching chairs. Lounge has 3/4 seat settee and 2 armchairs. TV with 24 Main English channels. CD player and recorder. Separate small TV with built in cassette player in apartment. |
| Other: | 12 seat dining area in the outside patio where most dining normally takes place (April to October) with cushioned garden seating. A covered BBQ acts as a summer kitchen and can make the guests in the lodge partially independent of the main kitchen. |

Bed linen and towels supplied with weekly changeovers of all bedlinen and towels, (Not Beach). Weekly maid cleaning. Weekly pool and garden maintenance. |
Notes on accommodation
The 2000m plot is flat with few steps so very suitable for children and seniors who do not want too many steps. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms as we do not like air conditioning and all are fitted with fire alarms. The kitchen has a Carbon Monoxide alarm as the stove is butane gas (Portable bottle).
Accessibility
The main villa has a ground floor bedroom and bathroom on the same level, although it is not en-suite access is without any steps. There is also an alarm system which features a panic button, which, when pressed gives instant voice access to an English speaking operator who will call the emergency service you require (Police, Ambulance, Fire) and stay-on line until services arrive if required.
Outside
The private pool is 10m x 5m and surrounded by lawn and terracotta terracing. There are 9 assorted sun loungers and other white lounge chairs. The BBQ area has fridge/freezer, sink and tiled food preparation area. There is off-road parking for 3 cars and secure gated parking for 2. It is possible to walk to 3 local restuarants and 1 bar/restaurant however we recommend the use of car in the summer months especially if you have children or elderly staying. Teenagers who want to stay out all night can easily walk (in sensible shoes) to and from the lively beach area or a taxi is 10-12 euros.
Coast/Beach
Javea Arenal (Sandy beach) 3km. Granadella beach, (pebble and rocky) 4km. Portichol beach, (mixed, course sand pebble and rock). Ambola beach, nudist. (pebble and rock). Also 2km of rocky beaches between the Port and The Arenal beach. The fishing / marina area also has a rocky and stony beach with a sea wall used for rod fishing 4km.
Golf
Javea golf 6km. La Sella (Marriot Hotel) Denia 15km.
Travel
Valencia 114km motorway. Alicante 96km motorway. Car essential although the villa is within walking distance of one small supermarket (English) just over 1km. Walking in the summer heat is rather stressful.
Distances
Javea old town 5km. Javea Port 5km. Many local beauty spots, cliff views within 5km. Moriara 13km. Benidorm 40km. with the famous Terra Mitica theme Park with some of the best rides in Europe. Benidorm Palace, has one of the Worlds largest stages and shows to rival any major city. Benidorm, Aqualandia water park. Valencia has a renowned Ocean World Centre. 114km approx. Vergel, near Denia has a Zoo 18km.
Further details
Major Spanish banks in Javea, Barclays bank is the most local and a known meeting reference point for locals 3km. Large supermarket Mercadona Spanish 3km. Medium size supermarket Masymas 2km and 3km. Many and various restaurants locally including Chinese, Indian, Thai and International. We the owners subscribe to a ‘fixed monthly cost’ telephone service which remains the same regardless of the amount of calls made to *Western European land lines but not mobiles. This system is left connected for guests to use as we think it is an important and valuable extra service. *Western Europe includes UK. Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Portugal, Italy etc. Full details in the villa.
Booking notes
30% on booking, balance 8 weeks before commencement of rental. If the booking is made prior to 8 weeks before commencement of the rental, the full amount is payable at time of booking. Refunds for cancellations will be made as stated in our rental contract which will be sent to you before a booking is confirmed.

'We did nothing and went no-where, just chilled out for 2 weeks by the pool. Next year we are coming again and intend to visit the area. Had a great time' (They did return).
House swap
Security deposit of £250 is payable on arrival and returned after we receive confirmation that no damages or losses were made and we receive confirmation that the telephone system 'limitation of use' has not been exceeded. Bills are received Monday.
