Nicely built and equipped with all the modern-day essentials. The 7m x 3.5m private pool is in a south facing garden which enjoys sunshine all day. The porch and terrace are tiled in a rustic style to resemble a patio. Outside BBQ with basin and enough space to cook for more than one person. The entrance has room for 2 cars.

Notes on accommodation
A 5 minutes drive will take you to Nerja centre by a good concrete track (400m.) that connects to a tarmac road (4km). The BBQ and a nice porch facing the pool allows you to spend hours and hours in the sunshine or in the cool shadows.
Outside
The private pool is 7m x 3.5m. The porch and terrace are tiled in a rustic style to resemble a "patio". The garden facing south, enjoys sunshine all day. Outside BBQ with basin and enough space to cook for more than one person. The entrance has room for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
In a range of 10km east or west you can enjoy the beaches of Nerja and Torrox-Costa. Of special interest is the seaside that goes from Maro to La Herradura. Most of this area is Natural Park and the beaches are breath taking.
Golf
Almuñecar or Motril if you go east is 15-30 minutes drive, Vélez (Baviera) or Rincón de la Victoria (Añoreta) going west is a 20-30 minutes drive.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is 2 hour drive from Nerja. Ski in the morning and bath in the afternoon.
Special interest holidays
Nerja and Torrox-Costa beaches are very close, enjoy different activities like canoeing, scuba diving, kiteboard, etc. There are some routes that combine culture and pleasure. Ruta de la pasa (raisin), del vino (wine), del aceite (oil) del aguacate (advocat), etc where you visit the small white villages and taste their gastronomy (be careful with the wine if you drive).
Travel
Malaga airport is 65 km away - highway 50 minutes drive. There is a private airport in Velez-Malaga (Trapiche).

Malaga is 55km away. Granada is 100km away. Seville is 240km away. Cordoba is 250km away.
Further details
Nerja is famous for its excellent restaurants, cafes and bars and there are plenty to choose from. The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of Baroque and Moorish (mudéjar), and the beautiful Gardens of Capistrano Playa, which descend to Burriana Beach. English language plays and movies are scheduled regularly. English is understood in restaurants, bars and many shops.

Owner profile
About the owner
We are a mid age couple from Nerja with our two sons Sergio & Maria. Our villa is our house in the "campo" and also helps to pay our sons studies. Both of them go to the University away from Nerja.
Our friend Vicente helps us with English and Internet. He also receives our guests to show them the place and giving the keys.
Our villa is kept through out all the year by ourselves with special care of the garden. We live in Nerja and ready to solve any problem it may happen (we hope there will be none).

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We inherit the property and we refurbished it. We love the area, is very quiet and secluded. Perfect for bird watching. Access is very easy (once you know it) and most of the road is well pavimented. Nerja is just 5 minutes drive with all the shops, restaurants, etc.
Within 10 to 20 minutes you access most of the beaches in Nerja and Maro.
Unique benefits of the property
Facing south west, assures you plenty of sunshine.
By other side the villa is fresh in summer and warm in winter. Is nice to be in a quiet place, away from the season problems, but only minutes drive if you want some action. Relax, enjoy the pool and use the BBQ (there are good butchers in Nerja). The villa is close to river (Rio) Chillar with spectacular walks by "Los Cahorros" (narrow mountain pass) and many ponds to enjoy.
