The nearest beach is about 10 mins drive away with a whole selection of blue flag beaches within 20 mins drive. 45 mins drive from Alicante Airport and 20 mins drive from Murcia (San Javier).

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Bookings over Xmas and New Year - £500 per week.
Air-Con is additional @ £50 per week. Cleaning is charged at an additional cost of £50per week , payable at time of booking.
Changeover day
Friday is changeover day in summer and school holidays, however, we will always try to accommodate where possible. Entry to the villa is 2.30pm (but cases can be left prior to this time). Departure is 10.00am (and again cases can be left if necessary).

Notes on accommodation
Baby gates are provided for the property. There is a separate sectioned off area in the pool for children and is shallow. There are always lilos, boats etc, left by other guests to entertain the children. There is also an outside barbecue area with table and chairs - tiled in Spanish style. Outside changing area and wash off shower. Very private and suitable for children. Lots of DVDs and videos provided for all age ranges. Games also provided for use by guests. Tennis racquets and balls are not provided.
Outside
There are 3 terraces - 1 part covered so you can enjoy the heat without the sun exposure, which is accessed via the lounge or from the front of the villa. There is a large patio table and 6 chairs on this level. Very large sunbathing area around the pool where the barbecue area and Spanish tiled table and chairs are. Sun loungers and parasol are provided on the pool terrace.
You are within easy striking distance of lots of fantastic restaurants and interesting and fun places. There is a drawer full of brochures in the sideboard for things to do. Take a trip to the Terra Mitica theme park near Benidorm (about 1.5 drive) or Terra Natura, just next door to Terra Mitica, which is a lovely zoo and added bonus of a waterpark, ideal for all ages including little ones with small pool areas for the babies and separate Jacuzzis set aside. Lockers are provided in the waterpark area. For an all in price you get drinks and a basic meal provided. Fabulous family day out!
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is at La Zenia and is approx. 10 minutes drive, Cabo Roig (about 10 minutes) offers another 3 or 4 beaches and of course Guardamar beach starts about 25 minutes away and continues for 20 miles or so. Torrevieja is only a 15 mins drive away and has a fanatastic promenade for taking a Sunday morning stroll, with plenty of ice cream bars to choose from.
Golf
The villa is a 5-10 mins drive to any of the following courses:
Villamartin - 18-hole 6132m/6706yd. Par 72.
Real Campoamor - 18-hole 6203/6784yd. Par 72.
Las Ramblas - 18-hole 5770m/6310yd. Par 72.
Travel
A car is essential for moving about the area - you will need a car to get about. Alicante Airport (ALC) is 45 mins drive and Murcia/San Javier (MJV) is about 20 mins.
Distances
The square at Villamartin has banks, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, medical centre (with English speaking doctor) and pharmacy among other shops. It is about 5 minutes drive. Torrevieja with its seafront promenade, restaurants and nightly market is 15 to 25 minutes drive depending on the time of year. Cabo Roig, a little over 10 mins drive to a wide selection of restaurants.

25% booking deposit to be paid within 10 days of booking -bank transfer, personal cheque (which will have to be cleared before confirming booking), cash or Euro bank draft. Remainder to be paid along with (£200) refundable security deposit 8 weeks prior to travelling.

Fabulous villa - had everything for everyone in our party. Kids kept well entertained (including the baby).
Fabulous pool area. Beer fridge was a godsend.
Tennis court was great, especially early morning when not too hot!
