It has a large comfortable sitting room with a log stove and a fully fitted dining kitchen with a utility area. There is also a well stocked comfortable library. The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite with a bath and separate shower (the blue bathroom). There is a further double bedrooms (on the mezzanine level) and a large twin room with two single beds and a further single bedroom. There is also a bedroom currently equipped with a baby's cot. There is a second luxurious bathroom (the red bathroom) and outside there is a covered porch, and a large terraced patio. The house is air conditioned for summer or heated if you are having a winter holiday!

Outside
A major attraction of this villa is its beautiful garden which is well stocked with a variety of mediterranean plants and trees, a grass lawn for badminton or football, a large swimming pool with extensive wooden decking for sunbathing (even in January if you are lucky!), an orange grove and of course a Valencian pallero (large brick BBQ).
Coast/Beach
Multiple beaches at 45 mins - 1 hour drive. The closest is Tavernes at 45 mins which we use ourselves as it is a lovely quiet beach with miles of golden sand. Cullera 40km with water parks and beaches.
Golf
The renowned El Saler course is 45 minutes drive away.
Travel
Budget airlines EasyJet, Jet2.Com, Ryanair, Vueling and BMIBaby all fly to Valencia airport 45 mins drive away. Alternative airports include Alicante (1:30 hours) and Murcia (2:00 hours).
Distances
Valencia 50km. Valencia itself is a vibrant and exciting City and in 2007 was the first European host of the Americas Cup - sailings premier world event. Valencia is hosting the 2008 European Grand Prix. Guadalest 80km. the amazing village at Guadalest is built entirely into a mountain.
Further details
Xativa, the 'town of 1000 fountains' is the capital of the Costera region of Valencia, famous for its orange and lemon groves. The surrounding area around offers some great walking, hiking, rockclimbing and mountain-biking.
