The property has a large gravelled driveway with parking for several cars. The villa is accessed by a number of steps to the pool area with sunbeds, umbrellas and table and chairs. Overlooking the pool is the covered terrace or naya and this leads in to a living/dining room with comfortable seating and dining table and chairs. The living room leads in to the fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer etc. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Private swimming pool is 10m x 5m and is surrounded by tiled terracing and garden. There are sunbeds, umbrella, tables and chairs. There is a large covered area next to the pool with a summer kitchen with sink unit, fridge, BBQ and icemaker.

Travel
Alicante airport and Valencia airport are equidistant, south and north, approximately 90kms. Car hire details on request Use of a car is recommended in order to visit local and nearby places of interest. The main road towards the beach has no footpaths or lighting so walking along it at night is not recommended.

Distances
The nearest sandy beach, the Arenal, is approximately 1km in distance. There is a small rocky beach, Cala Blanca, closer to the villa plus the gravel beach in the Port area, some 4kms away.
Terra Mitica theme/water park and Terra Natura safari park are approx 40kms south.
Further details
Just a short distance from the villa, there is a supermarket, a bank, a farmácia (chemist shop) and three restaurants.
The nearby supermarket has a 24 hour service whereby food and drink can be obtained even outside of normal shop opening hours by way of an automated system.
