This detached luxury villa is located in the mountains overlooking Gata de Gorgos and only a few minutes drive from the town where there are many local shops and restaurants. The beautiful Jalon valley is only 10 minutes away. The villa has large rooms with a lounge diner, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and bathroom on the ground floor. There are two good sized bedrooms on the first floor with adjoining bathroom and the master bedroom on the top floor with en-suite and large balcony overlooking the pool. The villa is in an elevated position offering privacy with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. The villa is on a 600m2 plot with a private pool and ample terracing. The coastal resorts of Moraira, Javea and Denia are only 15 minutes drive.

Changeover day
All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The villa will be available at 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure.

Kitchen: A spacious kitchen with spectacular views facing the pool, breakfast bar, cooker/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer plus a seperate wine chiller.
Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Huge lounge/dining room with white leather sofa set and pine furniture including a large dining table (seats 8). A large TV and DVD, Video and CD player.
Other: This villa is brand new and in immaculate condition.

Towels and bed linen are provided. The villa is fully valeted before you arrive.

This villa is ideal for a family holiday. Ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms with A/C units fitted in all bedrooms. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking in the villa.

Accessibility
The elevated position would make wheelchair access difficult.

Outside
Private pool. Large sun deck overlooking the pool with spectacular views. Garden furniture (on naya), table and chairs. 6 sunloungers. Barbecue. Plus additional table and chairs at the rear of the villa to catch the sunset.

Coast/Beach
The main coastal town of Javea is only 15 miutes drive with its wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and excellent sandy beach. The beautiful coastal village of Moraira is again only 20 minutes drive with high class marina, local shops and family beaches. The larger town of Denia is also a short drive with daily ferry crossings to Ibiza/Majorca.

Golf
The golf courses of La Sella (designed by Jose Maria Olazabal) and the Marriot golf resort are only 10 minutes drive. There are several other golf courses in the area between 45mins and 1 hours drive.

Travel
A car is essential for this holiday. The villa is approximately 1 hours drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports.

Distances
Gata de Gorgos town (5 mins), Javea (15 mins), Moraira (20 mins), Denia (20 mins), Jalon (20 mins), Benidorm (35 mins), Terra Mitica waterpark outside Benidorm (30 mins).

Further details
There is an excellent carvery on Mount Pedreguer which is only a few minutes from the villa and a local Masymas supermarket only 5 minutes away. Other shops and restaurants can be found in Gata de Gorgos and there are many more high quality restaurants located in the surrounding countryside.

Booking notes
A deposit of £400 for each week booked (non-refunable) is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required (including breakage deposit) eight weeks prior to arrival. Prices quoted are in UK pounds and the rent for the villa is shown per week. Discounts can be negotiated for multiple week bookings. We request that all clients lodge a refundable breakage deposit (£200)with us at the time of final payment. Refunded to you on receipt of the keys.
