Outside
Secluded terrace area has excellent views over the pools and gardens. Sunbeds, seating and dining facilities for that alfresco life style. The complex has large swimming pools one of which is a paddle pool. Life guards are in attendence during June through September.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a short 10 minute walk with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The picturesque port area of Banus is a 15 minute walk from the apartments. The port area boasts of some of the best night life activity on the Cost Del Sol. There are beautiful beaches either side of the port area, the nearest being a 10 minute stroll from the apartments.
Golf
The apartments are within a 30 min drive of over 45 golf courses.
Skiing
Sierra Navada mountains are a 2 hr drive.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 35 minute drive from the apartment with motorway access. Car hire is not essential as the apartments are close to the beaches and shopping areas.
Distances
Lorcrimar IV is ideally located just a short 10 minute stroll from the beach and internationally renowned Puerto Banus which has a wide range of restaurants, night life, boutiques, yachts, beaches, bars, supermarkets and shops. Marbella is 5 minutes drive away, with its marble promenade, beaches and Old Town where colourful winding alleys wend their way to the famous Orange Square. The Spanish town of San Pedro is within 15 mins walking distance.
Further details
Estepona, Duquesa, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and the spectacular inland clifftop town of Ronda all less than an hours drive away. For families there is the fantastic Selwo Animal Adventure Safari Park of 1 million square metres just a short drive away and there is also a theme park and water park to the east of Marbella. The complex is very close to Golf Valley with spectacular golf courses within a short drive and over 40 courses less than an hours drive away. The International Tennis Club is adjacent to Lorcrimar IV.

Unfortunately the apartments are not suitable for Hen or Stag groups or groups of All Male/Females under 30 yrs of age
