Large luxury penthouse apartment, with underground parking, marble bathrooms, fully fitted chrome kitchen, washing machine, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Sky TV, large 8 seater sofa, 6 setting glass dining table/chairs, with low lights. The terrace off lounge and kitchen have views over 2 large shared pools. The master en-suite bedroom has large luxury mattress double bed and the 2 other bedrooms can be either twins or zip-locked double bed rooms, with large marbled bathroom to share. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. The private solarium (same size as the apartment) has views over Los Alcazares, the Mar Menor sea and La Manga. The sea is warm with safe bathing. Many sailing, para sailing and windsurfing clubs all around the Mar Menor. The local restaurants are short stroll away and there are many outdoor musical events during the year with gourmet Spanish restaurants nearby and many local golf clubs to enjoy + the Murcia spas. Good waterskiing and snorkeling.

Changeover day
Changeover days are negotiated around bookings.

Notes on accommodation
Intergrated air-conditioning can be set on hot or cold.
Accessibility
There is lift access up to the apartment and ramps to the doors and ramps into the pools, also Los Alcazeras is flat and mainly 'pedestrianised' so it is lovely for walkers/joggers or wheelchairs users or cyclists alike.
Outside
There is outdoor furniture on the terrace and solarium. John Lewis loungers, and recliners chairs, easy to take down to the pool and back, + spainish out door 6 seater table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Los Alcazares has a 7km strech of clean golden sandy beach with gently shelving sand into the warm Mar Menor sea within 10 mins walk from the apartment and can be seen from the solarium.
Golf
There are many world class golf courses around Los Alcazares - of which a few are within walking distance. The famous La Manga Club and Polaris World are within 20/30 mins drive, Polaris World has some good offers on for golfers which include a 3 course lunch early season! Also Roger (who manages our apartment) is a keen good golfer and now rents out clubs and bags very reasonably if you fancy a game.
Travel
Murcia airport (San Javier) is 10 mins drive from the apartment and transfers are available via local taxis and we are working on a local pick up service - keep you posted!, Trish and Roger, (they live there) manager our apartment and help with any holiday crisis (none so far!) - they also have the latest info on good new local restaurants and new things to do. Alicante airport is a 40 mins drive away.
Distances
The town has all the amenities within walking distance - a good supermarket, bars, and restaurants. Good 'special night out' restaurants just a walk along the palm lined seaside path.
Further details
The old town features a market square, lots of tapas bars and fish restaurants frequented by famous Spaniards! The golden palm lined beach is 10 mins walk from the apartment, and the Mar Menor is the warmest sea I have ever swum in!
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure the apartment and bookings can be made directly to the owner. The balance is required 5 weeks prior to travel, also a security deposit of £200 against damages is needed - which will be returned at the end of the holiday after check out etc.
