This beautiful villa, located in the picturesque Orba Valley, offers 155m2 of accommodation on two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, bathroom, newly fitted kitchen, living room and dining room with air conditioning and panoramic views over Orba and the valley. There is also a completely self contained one bedroom apartment on the lower floor. The pool terrace has commanding views over the valley.

Changeover day
Change over day is Saturday but we would consider requests for other days outside of the peak periods.

All linen (including bed linen and towels) are included. The villa will be cleaned before arrival, with a bed linen change after 1 week. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is a family house and in excellent condition with all of the facilities you would expect. The separate accommodation on the pool level is great for teenagers being totally self contained.
Accessibility
There are steps down from the drive to the villa and two further terraces with easy step access.
Outside
The villa has a large private pool (8m x 4m) with walk in and step access. The poolside sun terrace has sun loungers and a table with chairs and an awning.
To the side of the villa is a shaded terrace with a bourganvillia covered seating area. There is a car port for two cars and additional parking for two more cars.
To the rear and sides of the villa, there is a mature, fully irrigated garden, including citrus and fig trees - help yourself!
Coast/Beach
Javia has a lovely, clean beach and is the closest beach at approx 15km (15 mins drive) with many shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a beach at Denia, with a small port area (with ferries to Ibiza etc). There are many other beaches further away, throughout the Costa Blanca region.
Golf
Javea Golf course 8km. La Sella Golf course 15km.
Travel
The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia. Alicante is approx 90km (1¼ hour drive away). Valencia, also approx 90km, is smaller with faster transit times. Car hire is essential but theere are many good value car rental companies at both.
Distances
All distances and times are approx driving distance: Orba 2km / 5 mins, Denia 15km / 15 mins, Javia 15km / 15 mins, Moroira 20km /20 mins.
Further details
There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, pharmacies all within walking distance or a 5 - 10 minute drive. Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are in Benidorm - 40 minutes drive.
Booking notes
Please contact us directly to see if your preferred dates are available. An initial deposit of 15% will secure your booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before your arrival. A refundable deposit of £100 will be required with your final balance in respect of damage or losses, refunded within one week of departure and inspection.
