Our 3 double bedroom family owned villa is in a quiet area, tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, with a mature garden and lovely pool area offering excellent privacy for clients. A large, covered, outside family dining area overlooks the pool and garden. A roof sun terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase. Car parking for two cars inside gates. Located on the popular urbanisation, Las Tres Calas (The Three Coves) close to the traditional fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar. Las Tres Calas has 3 private beaches 5 min drive away. On entrance to the urbanisation you will find the local bars, a supermarket, restaurant etc. The nearest village of L'Ametlla de Mar is a 10 minute drive away and has a varied amount of supermarkets, many good quality restaurants both economy and a la carte. The fishing village offers a real taste of Catalan life. Other attractions in the area are Universal Studios Port Aventura, The Ebro Delta and resorts Cambrils and Salou. Golf is in the locality.

Good sized roof sun terrace, accessed by a spiral staircase at rear of the villa. Front terrace with table and chairs overlooking pool. Mature gardens with palm screened private pool. Sun loungers, sun chairs, parasols. Purpose built, large covered family dining area comfortably seating 6-8 people.
Coast/Beach
Las Tres Calas has, as the title indicates, 3 private beaches. The beaches are tranquil and peaceful with shallow bays, a world away from the crowded beaches associated with larger tourist areas. All this approx 5 min drive from the villa.
Golf
Superb golfing amenities in the area.
Travel
Air travel to the villa can be booked online via Ryanair, direct to Reus airport, leaving only a short drive of 30 mins. At present many UK airports are now flying in direct to Reus from London Luton, Stansted, Liverpool, Glasgow, Dublin East Midlands . Alternatively Easy Jet or most major airlines fly direct to Barcelona airport, a 90min drive away. Car hire is available direct online from all of these carriers. To appreciate what the area has to offer car hire is highly recommended.

Local Beaches (The Three Coves) - 5 min drive. Fishing Village L’Ametlla de Mar - 10 min drive. Universal Studios Port Aventura – 40 min drive. Barcelona – 90min drive.

Catalonia ia a wonderful place to explore, rich in history dating back to the Roman Empire. Barcelona needs no introduction. Tarragona is a city rich with roman artifacts. The Ebro Delta has stunning views of the river flowing through it. The local resturants serve excellent seafood and tapas and the Catalonian wine from the Penedas region is famous the world over. For families Port Aventura, Costa Caribe Waterpark, Salou, Cambrils offer something for everyone. All within the area of Las Tres Calas and the Villa Los Merequetenges.
