A natural river runs at the back of the house providing a beautiful country view of the woodland surroundings. The detached property is gated and secured by fencing for the benefit of children. There is plenty of parking area outside the villa or the enclosed garage.

Notes on prices
Rental prices are based on euros. Minimum stay 1 week. Rentals for more than a month are discounted on request. In peak season rentals are Saturday to Saturday but more flexible out of season.

Towels included (not beach) as well as bed linen (2 sets of bed linen provided, 1 set of towels). The villa is cleaned before and after the rental, but a mid clean can be arranged for an extra fee. |
Notes on accommodation
A cot and high chair can be provided on request if not already rented. This is an extra cost of 30 euros per week. For rentals outside the season heating obviously is provided but consumption is paid for by the tenant. Rentals for more than a month will incur electicity and water consumption charges.
Outside
Garden and pool area are fully enclosed and are provided with garden table and chairs. There is a BBQ and outside shower.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to the property is only a 2km drive, St. Antoni, however your choices are endless along with there beauty. The surrounding beaches are exceptional and of a wide variety. Palamos, only 7 minutes, provides a large sandy family beach with all fun amenities of kyaking and pedalowing along with a vast choices of restaurants. The smaller yet more picturesque coves of Llafranc, Calella and Tamariu are well worth visit.
Golf
The Costa Brava has a vast variety of golf course choices, with at least five within 20 minutes from the property. With a choice of pitch and putt for the game beginners or the more advanced, the two 18-hole golf course of Emporda only a 20 minute drive. All require dress-code and prices vary according to the star rating of the course. All course provide rental services and lessons/coaching on request.
Travel
Nearest airport is Girona (40 minutes) and Barcelona (90 minutes). Both airports provide low-cost airlines. There are several car hire companies to choose from and buses are also available.
Distances
The property is located within a small yet familiar community only 1km from the historical town of Calonge. You can find a supermarket nearby and local restaurants. It is highly convenient to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona to visit the museums, Gaudi sights and of course the extensive shopping. Girona is also well worth a visit, with its charm and character you will be sure to have an enjoyable time.
Further details
The overall region of the Costa Brava has so much to offer and is so different to is adjacent Costas. It breathes sophistication from its art, culture, medieval villages, sandy beaches and entertainment. To have all you need on your door step, I find this area everything you can ask for.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 30% deposit to be paid upon booking. The balance 6 weeks before rental start date. Refundable damage deposit of 300 euros to be paid in person (cash) upon arrival to the property. This will be returned to you upon an inspection of the property and less any damages or breakages occurred.
