Large apartment with breathtaking seaviews, in private compound with concierge. Situated on the third floor of a small building (there are 2 apartments per floor). It consists of a large living area that includes an American kitchen with dining space, a pleasant living area with a comfortable sofa bed and chimney and a dining table for up to 10 guests. The compound lies in a hill overlooking the S'Agaró Bay and the beach of Sant Pol. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and commercial establishments nearby. The beach is a 7 minute walk away. The fantastic view encompasses the whole Bay of S'Agaró, and the 5 star grand luxe 'Hostal de La Gavina' seems to be at hands reach. The old part of S'Agaró, in which La Gavina stands, is well known for its grand villas in an exclusive setting 'bord de mer' in the heart of the Costa Brava.

Available all year with electrical heating in all rooms and a wood burning stove. Television and radio cassette provided. Sorry, no pets.
Outside
Parking outside on the private street. Private gardens. Concierge. Large terrace, open but covered, that allows you to sit outside even in the unlikely event that it were to rain. Private shared pool for all owners and renters of the compound.
Coast/Beach
Within 7 minutes walking distance (3 of which are within the property), you reach the beautiful beach of Sant Pol, in the Bay of S'Agaró. Part of this beach still has natural dunes and an old fashioned establishment of 'bains de mer'. Some beautiful old houses of the last century still stand on the beach.
Golf
Golf Costa Brava and Golf Mas Nou, 10 minutes away. Golf Serres de Pals, Golf Platja de Pals, Empordá Golf Club, PGA Golf Catalunya, Girona Golf club, 30 minutes away.
Torremirona Golf and Perelada Golf 45 minutes away.
Travel
Girona airport is 18 miles. Perpignan airport is 55 miles.
Barcelona airport is 70 miles.
Car hire is not essential but is advisable if you wish to take advantage of the strategic situation and get to know Sant Feliu de Guixols, Platja d'Aro, and other marvellous villages in the neighbourhood.
Distances
The appartment lies in the middle of the most beutiful part of the Costa Brava,that stretches from 28 miles to the south to 25 miles to the north of the place.Museun Dali in Figueras is 42 miles away, and Cadaques 62.
Further details
Water sports, Diving, Snorkeling, Boat hire etc. are available in the Bay of St.Pol, in front of the apartment and in Sant Feliu, less than a mile away and Platja d'Aro, two and a half miles away.
Booking notes
30% deposit required with initial booking, final payment 6 weeks in advance. £150 deposit against damage. Keys held with concierge. Local managing agent able to deal with any queries. All directions /intrucctions issued prior to holiday.
