Ideally situated the apartment is perfect for those wishing to relax by the pool, on the beach, play golf, shop or explore the many attractions the Costa Del Sol and surrounding country side has to offer. Finished to a high standard, the apartment provides comfortable accommodation with 3 private terraces offering magnificent views of the Mediterrean sea and mountains. On-site there are 3 swimming pools (including children's pools) with life guards in attendance from mid June to mid September. Landscaped gardens around the complex are immaculately kept with grass sunbathing areas and sun loungers around the pools. The complex has the benefit of a tennis court, security guards and underground parking with lift up to the front door of the apartment. Centro Plaza with its restaurants, shops, cafe bars and the bullring is a 2 minute walk away where there is also a fantastic market on Saturdays.

The master bedroom accessed off the lounge via a staircase, has a king size bed and terrace that catches the evening sun.
The second bedroom with its twin beds has a smaller terrace great for catching the afternoon sun. |

The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower over, wash hand basin with mirror and shaver points, WC, bidet and is fully tiled. The second bathroom to the lower floor is almost identical to the en-suite with bath, shower over wash hand basin and WC. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern appliance you will need for your stay. It has a conventional oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. |

There is a washing machine on the small utility terrace at the end of the kitchen. |

The apartment is within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive of the fabulous Puerto Banus and Marbella beaches.

For golfers there are several top class golf courses within a 5 minute drive. Many are set in beautiful surroundings with sea and mountain views and cater for all levels of players. Further details provided on request.
Travel
The apartment is just a 40 min drive from Malaga airport, and full photographic directions are provided together with information sheets, maps etc for your assistance. If required, transport can be arranged from Malaga airport, where you will be personally met by the managing company representative and taken to the apartment and then collected for your return flight home.

Only a 2.5 hour flight from most European cities, the Costa Del Sol (the sunny coast) has long been a favourite holiday and golfing resort with long hot summers, and mild sunny winters. With over 300 days of sunshine every year, Marbella has become a playground for the rich and famous with the marina at Puerto Banus attracting luxury yachts from all over the world. Also known as golf valley, Nueva Andalucia the biggest urbanisation in Marbella sits at the foot of the Sierra Blanca mountains and is only minutes from excellent beaches of Marbella and Puerto Banus. For those with families Aqua Park, Selwo Wild Life Park, Selwo Marine Park, Tivoli World, Crocodile Park, Fuengirola Zoo, Benamadena Sea Life Centre, Aqualand and many other attractions are within a short drive.
