On-site there are 3 swimming pools (including children's pools) with life guards in attendance from mid June to mid September. Landscaped gardens around the complex are immaculately kept with grass sunbathing areas and sun loungers around the pools. The complex has the benefit of a tennis court, security guards and underground parking with lift up to the front door of the apartment. Centro Plaza with its restaurants, shops, cafe bars and the bullring is a 2 minute walk away where there is also a fantastic market on Saturday

Travel
The apartment is just a 40 min drive from Malaga airport, and full photographic directions are provided together with information sheets, maps etc for your assistance. If required, transport can be arranged from Malaga airport, where you will be personally met by the managing company representative and taken to the apartment and then collected for your return flight home.

Only a 2.5 hour flight from most European cities, the Costa Del Sol (the sunny coast) has long been a favourite holiday and golfing resort with long hot summers, and mild sunny winters. With over 300 days of sunshine every year, Marbella has become a playground for the rich and famous with the marina at Puerto Banus attracting luxury yachts from all over the world. Also known as golf valley, Nueva Andalucia the biggest urbanisation in Marbella sits at the foot of the Sierra Blanca mountains and is only minutes from excellent beaches of Marbella and Puerto Banus. For those with families Aqua Park, Selwo Wild Life Park, Selwo Marine Park, Tivoli World, Crocodile Park, Fuengirola Zoo, Benamadena Sea Life Centre, Aqualand and many other attractions are within a short drive.

My wife Denise and I live in Penarth, a small seaside town situated just a few miles outside of Cardiff with our three children – Michael, Samantha and Rebecca. We enjoy a close family lifestyle, spending a lot of time with our families and friends both in South Wales and Ireland, where Denise was born.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We have always enjoyed foreign travel – visiting new countries and experiencing new cultures and in particular we love Spain, its relaxed way of life, climate and beautiful scenery.
We first came across the Costa Del Sol whilst visiting friends and immediately fell in love with the region, with its fabulous coast, exquisite ports and beautiful towns all set in close proximity, so we set our sights on buying an apartment.
After viewing several properties, we came across Senorio de Aloha and immediately felt this complex and location would be perfect for us.
We chose the Penthouse apartment as it is situated on the top floor on a split level, with three balconies providing fantastic panoramic views along the coast from the mountains of Marbella all the way to Gibraltar.
Unique benefits of the property
The location is in the heart, yet a quiet area within close proximity to the marina at Puerto Banus, the beach and town where there are plenty of amenities including clothes shops (a huge attraction for my wife and daughters) and a wonderful selection of restaurants, clubs and bars where we often sample the variety of cuisines on offer, in particular the sea food which is fantastic.
The complex is quiet and secure, which I felt was an important feature when looking at property abroad, with undercover parking and lift access directly to our apartment. Centro Plaza with its shops, supermarket and restaurants is just a two minute walk away. The grounds are peaceful and idyllic and include three swimming pools, childrens paddling pools, tennis court and large private lawn and patio areas.
