2 bedroom villa offers lovely modern furnished accommodation on 2 floors with all home comforts. The ground floor consists of a large lounge with dining area and large south facing terrace with the sun all day. There is a separate kitchen. The 2nd floor has 2 double bedrooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom. There is private parking. Nerja nestles at the foot of the Almijara mountains and has its own micro climate. Nerja has maintained the 'feel' of the real Spain and its relaxed residents are happy to welcome visitors. There is so much to see and do in the area. Why not visit the 'white villages' of Frigilliana and Competa. The famous Burriana beach is a short walk away. Buses run regularly from the top of the road into town or further afield if you wish. A car is not necessary. Malaga airport has a regular bus service or we can arrange to meet your flight and take you to the villa for a small charge.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but this can be flexible. Your accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and en suite shower room. It also has fitted a wardrobe and sea facing terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and a 'Juliet balcony' facing the mountains.
Bathrooms: The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a full sized bath with an over bath shower, bidet, toilet and wash-basin. The en suite to the master bedroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine.
Utility Room: Ironing board, iron, drying screen, vacuum cleaner, brushes, mop and bucket.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge and dining area with seating and dining for 4. Sky TV, DVD recorder/player. There is also a gas fire should the weather be chilly.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
Cot and highchair can be arranged if needed. Smoking only outside please and sorry but no pets. There are many good restaurants within walking distance.

Outside
The south facing terrace has 4 dining chairs and table for al fresco dining. There is also a barbecue for the man of the house to show his culinary skills. The sun can be enjoyed all day from the main terrace or the bedroom terrace. There are sunbeds on the terrace.

Coast/Beach
The famous Burriana Beach is a 10 minute walk away and has many lovely restaurants and bars. Walk along the beach and up the steps to the Parador. From the Parador walk along the side streets to 'El Balcon de Europa' where there are even more bars and resturants. There are 8 beaches all within walking distance.

Golf
Baviera Golf is a 15 minute drive from Nerja.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountains are 2 hours away and the ski slopes are normally open until about June.

Special interest holidays
This is a great area for walking, scuba diving and there are tennis courts only a 5 mins walk from the villa. There are organised walks if you want to go with a group.

Travel
Malaga airport is 45 minutes away by car. Car hire is very reasonable and we can arrange this for you if you wish. If you prefer to be collected and taken to the villa we can arrange this as well for a small charge. Granada airport is 2 hours. The ferry from Santander is 10 hours drive.

Distances
The town centre is a 15 mins walk or 20 min stroll from the villa. The local mountains are are dotted all over with pretty 'white villages', lakes, national parks and the Alhambra Palace at Granada is 2 hours drive.

Further details
Supersol supermarket is 400 yards from villa. Town centre 15 mins walk with many varied and wonderful shops. The restaurants vary from Spanish to Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Flamenco, French, seafood, pizza and of course English.

Had a brill holiday. Villa is so clean bright and airy. Home from home but with better weather. Booked again for April 2008. Adele & Paul, Leamington Spa.
