The villa is very well equipped with all the comforts of home. It has its own large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, private tennis court, conservatory. Full central heating and air conditioning. There is wireless internet connection for laptop users and a telephone can be supplied at an extra charge. The villa is only 10 minutes drive from both the championship golf courses Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. The area has many activities including a water park, bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking and go-karting. The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 20 minute drive away and the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha are only 10 minutes away. The village of Antas is just 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities - restaurants, bars, shops banks and a chemist.
