Both bedrooms are twin rooms furnished to a high standard. Ceiling fans for those sultry nights, bedroom chair, mirror, hairdryer, storage room, balcony with views overlooking the almond & olive groves. The bathroom is well appointed with shower unit, bidet, hand basin, heated towel rail etc. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board, drying facilities. The living area has seating for up to 8 guests with 2 sofas & comfortable leather puffs around a tasteful coffee table. The audio facilities includes Sky TV & DVD system. Attractive decor and spacious living area allow access to the balcony. The balcony has views over golf course & one of the many pools on the resort. |

Both apartments benefit from air con & central heating at no extra cost. All bed linen & towels included.
Accessibility
Lift to any desired floor. The only small step is the door to the terrace.
Outside
A wide range of large communal pools to choose from, all within a couple of minutes walk, good for children, adults and sun worshippers!
Coast/Beach
One of the cleanest beaches in Spain is only 10Km away. The Mar Menor saltwater lagoon is the largest in Europe and has waters 3C warmer on average than the Med. Water sports for all the family can be arranged around the Lagoon.
Golf
La Torre Golf Resort is one of 2 Nicklaus designed courses owned by Polaris World. Golf courses with risk & reward shots however able to cater for all golfing standards. You can enjoy discounted green fees on these courses. However there are 10 other good courses all within 20 minutes drive.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about a 3 hour drive away.
Travel
San Javier (MJV) is only 15 minutes away. Alicante airport is 30 minutes further.
Distances
The historic & gothic city of Murcia is 15 minutes away through dramatic countryside. Cartagena is simular distance has fabulous atmosphere with widing side streets and Spanish tapas bars, a real Spanish feel.

A 25% deposit is required on booking. Balance payable 8 weeks to arrival. Security deposit of £100 payable with final balance returned after final clean. Final Clean 55 Euros.
