Lovely, well laid out and spacious south facing villa Miquette with a beautiful private tropical garden and its own heated pool and covered terraces. It is well equipped and has sky TV, ideal for famillies with children, or a group of friends, or golfers alike. Located within 5 minutes drive of Puerto Banus in the exclusive golf valley of Nueva Andalucia which has 4 top golf courses. From the upstairs bedrooms covered terraces, there are great golf views of Los Naranjos Golf Course, which is 2 minutes walk away. Puerto Banus with its restaurants, night life, fantastic shops, lovely beaches, golf and tennis clubs are all within 5 minutes drive of the villa. For children, Selwo Safari and Sea Life Marina, Tivoli Theme Park, Mijas Water Park are all within 20 minutes drive away along with lot of other lovely beaches. Famous Marbella and San Pedro a pleasant spanish town are only 10 minutes drive away. We have had guests from all over the world, who have enjoyed their stay.

Notes on accommodation
The garden is really private and flat, and lit at night. Perfect for small children to run around. The pool is also great for kids as it has graduated steps. Pool has been totally refurbished and is looked after by a professional pool maintenance company who keeps it in perfect condition. The garden is also looked after by a gardener to comes weekly.
There is lovely large garden gazebo which houses a love bed overlooking the pool.

Outside
The pool is totally private and can be heated (extra costs chargeable). There are 6 outdoor sun loungers. Under the large covered terrace there is a beautiful dining table with 8 chairs. Also there is large double sofa and 2 arm chairs in the lounging area off the covered terrace. BBQ is also available. The pool and the garden looks very beautiful lit at night. From the master bedroom covered terrace you can relax on 2 huge comfortable arm chairs and admire the view of Los Narjanjos Golf course.
Coast/Beach
Within 5 minutes drive you will find the beaches either side of Puerto Banus, which are well kept and have lots of beach bars/restaurants, watersports and entertainment for children.
Golf
The upstairs bedroom's covered terraces have great views of Los Naranjos Golf Course, which is less than 5 minutes walk away from the villa. Other local courses which are within 5 minutes drive away are La Quinta, Las Brisas and Aloha.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada mountains are just over 2 hours drive away and are beautiful in the winter and in the summer.
Special interest holidays
In the summer months the local tennis clubs have sports courses for children. Also available is a summer school at Aloha International school which is a 5 minute drive away from the villa.
Travel
Malaga airport is around a 45 minute drive away (around 60 km).
Distances
Puerto Banus is abount 4kms away from the villa. Famous Marbella and San Pedro a pleasant Spanish village are around 10 minutes drive away.
Further details
The villa is situated in an excellent position for all local facilities such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, promenades, cinemas, childrens indoor play centre, sports clubs, banks etc. They are all within 5 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a security of £300 which can be refunded once the villa is checked on your departure.
Guest comments
We thought the villa was super. The layout is really good, as 3 couples could go and have their own little bit. What a beautiful garden, brilliant for children, my granddaughters (2 & 5) thought the pool was wonderful and they were so safe to play in the garden, and also the garden is so sheltered. I liked the outside sofas, so comfortable sitting there on an evening. We also liked the bed, it was so comfy and huge, so yes we really enjoyed staying in the villa and would certainly recommend it to our friends and also visit again ourselves.
Jane and steve said, had a wonderful time, you have a lovely place that feels very homly and this made our holiday so very relaxing. The pool and sunbeds really fitted our requirements and the tranquil location made relazing very easy. We also spendt al lot of time during the evenings eating and relaxing on the terrace which was wonderful. Will definintely book again. Thank you.
