The villa is just nestled at the end of an unmade road, being one of only 2 villas in this road. Set amongst orange groves on over 2 acres of land. Completely refurbished last year. It has a large private pool, the most fantastic sea views and in a quiet and peaceful location. Though only 5 mins from Moraira and Calpe towns. Ideal for a relaxing holiday to get away from it all. We also own a smaller 2 bedroom property (sleeps up to 6) next door which could be rented with this property for larger parties (up to 14 all together). Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - with ensuite. Large bedroom with double bed and fantastic sea views.
Bedroom 2 - large room with twin beds and great sea view.
Bedroom 3 - large room, twin beds + 2 pull out beds.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1- two sinks and over bath shower.
Bathroom 2 - ensuite to master bedroom large walk in shower.
Kitchen: Kitchen - practical and well fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge with English satellite TV, DVD player. Comfortable seating, leading out onto the outside patio areas, pool and terraces. Dining room - lovely oak table seats up to 12.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels included and changed weekly. Maid service available at 15 euros per hour.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating and all bedroom have fans. Also have English satellite and DVD player.

Accessibility
The villa has a few steps outside, but is mainly on one level. Inside is all on one level - except the master bedroom which occupies the whole of the upper floor!

Outside
The villa is set in about 2 acres of unspoilt/uncomercial land, overlooking orange groves toward the sea, giving a sense of space and tranquility. It has many different outside patios either cool underneath the shade of a almond tree, or in full glorious sunshine! There is an outside dining and barbeque area- with gas barbeque or traditional charcoal. The large pool is only for sole use of occupants. Plenty of sunbeds and outside furniture enough to seat 12. The villa is completly detached and secluded, It has enough parking for 6 cars.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only 5 mins drive away, but for larger beaches, these are located in Moraira or Calpe on both sides of the famous Ifach rock, both are EEC blue flag and have many bars and restaurants. At the foot of the Ifach is the fishing port of Calpe with its many renowned fish restaurants. There are many more beaches and hidden coves to explore along the coast.

Golf
Moraira (Ifach) golf course is 10 mins by car and is a 9 hole course. Visitors are welcome. Javea Golf course is 20 mins by car, although classified as an 18 hole course there are 9 greens played off 18 different tees. Visitors are accepted however a handicap certificate is required. La Sella golf course is 20 mins by car and is a full 18 hole course. Visitors are welcome. There are two newly completed 18 hold golf courses on the outskirts of Benidorm which are 20 mins by car and many other golf courses within a 60 min drive.

Travel
Alicante being the nearest airport 1 hour drive. Valencia 1½ hours away. Murcia 2½ away. I would recommend car hire.

Distances
Moraira 10 mins drive. Calpe, 10 mins Altea 15 mins drive. Benissa 10 mins drive. Benidorm 25 mins drive. Javea 20 mins drive. Guadalest 40 mins drive. Alicante 1 hour drive. Valencia 1 &1/2 hour drive. Water parks and theme parks 25 mins (Benidorm). Benidorm Palace (great caberet eve show) 25 mins.

Further details
There is a supermarket, bank and a hairdressers within walking distance. There are 2 restaurants within a short walk (although one up a steep hill - alright on the way back!).
There are great selection of restaurants in the towns of Moraira and also Calpe ranging from traditional Spanish cuisine specialising in seafood and paella, to modern cuisine to suit all budgets, or how about the harbourside fish restaurants - in fact, so many you won't have time to try them all!
There are the colourfull markets - normally one in every town each day of the week.
Tennis is within walking distance.

On confirmation of booking a deposit of 50% required.
Balance due 6weeks prior to holiday. Villa £200 damage deposit (refundable).

Russell Feakin and family - great value for money, such a good location - central to everywhere, but tucked away from it all. So good we have booked again this year!

Marion and Steve Chalmers - it's so quiet and relaxing, but not far from the restaurants (so many to choose from) and we love it! This is our 3rd trip here and we shall be back again soon!
