A detached villa all on one level with it's own very private garden located at the bottom of El Capistrano village. A very pretty house with lots of natural shade it also has a roof terrace that has sea and mountain view. All rooms are on the level and it has three small steps up to it. 5 mins walk from a supermarket. 5 mins drive/bus to Nerja. Local market on a Tuesday and a flea market on a Sunday. About 15 mins drive away you have a very good water park that is not too big and very well run.

Bathrooms: Refurbished bathroom with walk-in shower.
Kitchen: A modern kitchen and very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and grill.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Both towels and beach towels are provided along with bed linen. On a 14 day holiday you can pay 50 euros to have your linen and villa cleaned after 7 days or you can change it yourself should you prefer to do that.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have ceiling fans, it has a open fire for those chilly evenings and heaters in rooms. The garden is behind a 10 foot high way and is very safe for childen. A supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away, you have a local bus that comes round the village that will take you into the town of Nerja just 5 minutes away. Very close by you have tennis courts, restaurants, a post office and telephones. The urbanization has three lovely swimming pools. Nerja has a local market on a Tuesday and a flea market on a Sunday, both are very popular. About 15 minutes drive away you have a very good water park that is not too big and very well run.

Accessibility
The villa has not been adapted for a wheelchair but if you had a difficulty walking you only have 3 steps and everything else is on one level you can also park very close the the villa.

Outside
Outside terrace seats up to 10 people with brick built barbecue. Natural shade provided by olive trees. All doors open out onto the terrace. 3 communal swimming pools just a very short walk away.

Coast/Beach
Nerja has several beautiful beaches, one within walking distance. Up the coast a little way you have many more local beaches to explore.

Golf
Several golf courses nearby.

Travel
Malaga is the local airport and is about 41km, it takes about 45 minutes by car. If booked early car hire can be quite cheap. If you prefer we can get you picked up a the aiport for 50 euros.

Distances
Nerja is your nearest town a 10 minute walk or a short bus ride. The caves of Nerja are in the village of Maro just a 5 minutes drive in the other direction. El Capistrano is very central.

Booking notes
A deposit of £75 per week required on booking, balance to be paid on arrival in euros.
£50 damage deposit to be left and will be returned when leaving.
