The is even little railway that runs from Gata de Gorgos along the beautiful Coast line of the Costa Blanca. The villas have large rooms, the ground floor has lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen including an American fridge and dishwasher, a utility room with automatic washing machine. The bedrooms are on 2 floors with the master bedroom on the top floor with private balcony and magnificent views. The location is ideal for exploring the area or just lazing the days away enjoying the sun with your own private swimming pool, sun terraces with covered naya.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday during July/August. Flexible at all other times. The villa must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Incoming guests have access from 4.00pm.

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have double beds with Bedroom 3 having two singles. All bedrooms have air-conditioning En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, double vanity unit and separate shower. Separate WC and bidet. Second bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and separate WC. for bedrooms 2 & 3. Downstairs is a 3rd bathroom with shower WC and washbasin. Cooker, hob, American fridge freezer , microwave etc. Automatic washing machine. Satellite TV offering BBC and ITV channels plus SKY sports, movies etc, DVD player. Dining table and six chairs. Two large three seater sofas. Towels and linen included and the property is valeted and cleaned at the end of each rental. |

Notes on accommodation
Both villas have full air-conditioning (available at an extra charge) and central heating.
Accessibility
There is direct access from the road to both villas, and Villa Masies pool area is on one level. Villa Andrews has a couple of steps down to the pool.
Outside
8m x 4m private. Outside patio table and chairs. sunbeds, BBQ, secluded terrace off master bedroom, sunbathing terraces beside pool, with and enclosed terrace 'naya' off sitting room, gardens with asorted palms and shrubs.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Denia and Javea are just a short drive away with their excellent restaurants and shopping.
Golf
We are a 10 min drive from the La Sella (Marriott) golf course, there are 3 more courses within 15km radius.
Travel
The villas are approx 1 hour drive from the airports of Valencia and Alicante, via the excellent A7 Motorway. A car is essential when booking this villa.
Distances
If you have the energy to walk down Mont Pedreguer there is Monroe's offering a variety of food including an excellent carvery, but remember you have to walk back to the top. However the local villages of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos, both traditional Spanish villages, have a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and are only 5 mins drive. The resort of Benidorm is 30 mins away.
Further details
Villa Maisies swimming pool can have the heating turned on if requested. There is a charge of 25 euros per day for this optional extra. However the use of the Jacuzzi is included in the price.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking. The final payment and £150 refundable damage deposit is required 6 weeks before the holiday commences. The damage deposit will be returned (minus any deductions if applicable) after the property has been inspected and within 7 days of vacating the villa.
