Bathrooms: Complete bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Washing Machine.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with sofabed, armchair, satellite TV -Freeview by Sky, CD and DVD player. Ceiling fans, coffee table and lamps. Door to bathroom. Dining table and 4 chairs. Door to outside terrace with table chairs and sunbeds.
Other: Please bring your own DVD and CDs as none in the property.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bath and shower towels, all bed linen and tea towels provided. The apartment is cleaned weekly and all towels and linen changed weekly. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

The apartment is on the ground floor with level access from the main entrance and lift from the carpark..

2 mins walk to the mixed sandy and shale beach of Albir. 5 mins by car to 2 blue flags beaches in Altea. 10 mins by car to Benidorm's sandy and beautifully maintained Levante beach (sunbeds, umbrella's, toilets, beach bars). 15 mins to the beautiful, but quieter Poniente Beach in Benidorm.

Distances
Beautiful 3km walk to the lighthouse (Faro) on a walking/cycle path. 20 min walk into the lovely old town of Altea, 5 mins by car. Benidorm short bus journey or 10 mins by car. L'Alfaz del Pi 2km.

Further details
Local supermarket less than 2 min walk. Irish Bar just across the road. Restaurants just outside the complex entrance and within 3 min walk. Beach with the many good frontline restaurants and bars 2 mins.

Booking notes
100 euros payment to be made at time of booking (this is non refundable if booking cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival), and will be kept until apartment is checked after your departure. Any damages/breakages will be deducted and the balance refunded. Full payment balance payable 1 calendar month before arrival, by transfer into our bank account.
