Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking. A further non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable 16 weeks before to your arrival date. The balance plus the damages deposit is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
An accidental damages deposit of £500 is required upon payment of the balance. This will be returned to you within 6 weeks after your departure subject to confirmation from the property manager that there are no outstanding damages or cleaning bills.
