Coast/Beach
In Calpe you have two long sandy beaches, just 5 min drive from villa. Also in Moraira there are two nice and clear beaches.

15 minutes drive to four local golf courses (Don Cayo in Altea, San Jaime in Benissa, Club de Golf in Javea and Club de Golf in La Sella)

Special interest holidays
Calpe is famous for its towering Peñon de Ifach rock where you can make walking promenades. In Benidorm, 30 mins drive, you have 'Terra Mitica' theme park, e'Aqualandia' water park and 'Mundo Mar' and 'Terra Natura' animal parks. Water sports and diving are available in Calpe, Altea and Moraira.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia are the nearest airports. Alicante airport is 85 km (1 hour) and Valencia 120 km (1 1/2 hour).

Further details
This area has plenty of restaurants in varied styles and prices. One big shopping center in La Marina Benidorm (Zara, H&M,Mango, Carrefour etc). A lot of supermarkets in Calpe like Mercadona, Caprabo, Consum and clothing shops.

Booking notes
On booking dates, 25% deposit is required. Balance is due along with a 150 euros refundable damage deposit, subject to condition of villa on departure, 4 weeks before commencement of holiday. The rental is non refundable should cancellation take place within the 4 weeks. During the winter periods heating will have an extra charge. Final cleaning and linen will be 100 euros.
