Our privately owned townhouse is only a 5 minute walk from the Mar Menor. It is situated in a garden complex with a choice of two large pools. The house is very spacious and airy and has a roof top solarium. Very close by you will find 2 weekly markets, shopping centres with cinema, childrens arcade, bars, restaurants.

The price would be negotiable depending on the time of year and duration of your stay. Weekend breaks also available on request.

We will be as flexible as we can to suit individual needs.

| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, toaster and kettle and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with Sky TV and DVD player, 2 settees, table and chairs. |
| Other: | Up on the roof top solarium there are 3 sun loungers and drying facilities. Outside on the front patio area there is a table and 4 chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are included except beach towels. A cleaning fee of 50 euros is payable locally. |
Accessibility
The area is very flat, there are a few steps into the house but it does have a downstairs w.c and shower and downstairs bedroom which makes it suitable for young children and wheel chair users.
Outside
There is access to two very large pools surrounded by grass and palm trees.
Coast/Beach
From the house you are only a 5 minute walk to the beach, a large supermarket 'Mercadona' is only a few minutes away and Los Alcazares town and two markets each week are close by. The two large cities Cartegena and Murcia are about a 20 minute drive away. Taxis are cheap and the bus services is very reliable. The Aquapolis water park is situated in Torrevieja which is about 30 minutes drive and is accessible by bus.
Golf
There are excellent golf courses nearby including the famous La Manga course which is about 20 minute drive away. A new golf course at Roda Golf complex has just been completed and is open to the public. The Costa Blanca boasts 15 championship courses between Alicante and La Manga and plans for more courses are underway.
Travel
The local airport is Murcia airport (San Javier) and is only a 5 minute drive away. Alicante airport is about 1 hour.
Distances
You are minutes from the beach, supermarket town, two markets each week.
Further details
You can relax, enjoy the local water sports walk or cycle (bike hire shop close by), Go-karting is only a few minutes drive away. Horse riding is 20 minutes away. There are also boat trips through the summer months through a local company.
