The properties are nestled in the hamlet of Banaston, Barrio de la Iglesia, with it's imposing ancient church and which is very close to the huge Mediano lake. The village is easily reached from historic Ainsa town which is only 2 km away by fast road. The "Chicken Coop ", which is a small former shepherd's cottage, is situated next to the resident owner's house. The small self contained "Flat" is on the ground floor of the main house.

Notes on prices
Prices are for each property per week in UK Pounds.
Stays of 2 weeks or more are charged at £250 per week.
In July/August a supplement of £25 per person per week is payable for each additional guest above 2.
Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday but this can be flexible
outside July/August.
Notes on accommodation
Prices include water, electricity, gas, cleaning, baby cot, linen and towels. Unfortunately the accommodation is not suitable for young children or the disabled.
An additional double bedroom, situated at the rear of the main house, can be rented in conjunction with either accommodation for a small charge.
Outside
The large, fantastic garden has patios, chairs, tables, parasols and is an ideal place to unwind whilst watching the raptors circle overhead.
Although there are no bars/restaurants in the hamlet it is customary for guests to join Simon & Tita to enjoy complimentary drinks/tapas around their large patio table. It is also planned that barbecues with drinks will be provided for a small charge in 2008.

Adventure sports can be booked locally. Cycle hire and horse riding are possible in the area.

Use of a car is essential. Free car parking is available near the accomodation.
Distances
Ainsa, the nearest town is approx 2km away, is only 35km from France and is at the confluence of the Ara and Cinca rivers. It claims to have the oldest medieval square in the world. Although it is possible to walk into Ainsa it is preferable to go by car.
Further details
The spectacular Ordesa National Park, full of rare wildlife and flowers, is only a short drive away and provides stunning walks, birdwatching and many other outdoor activities. There are lots of remote villages to explore set among dramatic scenery. Ainsa has many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and a weekly outdoor market selling fruit and veg.
An outdoor pool is open in the town in July/August.

To confirm a provisional booking a non-refundable deposit of £80 per week is required and the remainder is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
