The master bedroom has kitchen/dining facilities There are over 1000 videos including many for the children. DVD's, talking books, music CD’s, novels, games and a large selection of children’s toys for all ages are also on the premises. Cots, pushchairs, highchairs, folding and other baby equipment included in the price. The villa is situated a 5 minute drive from the town of Mutxamel. All facilities are only a 10 minute drive, including the beautiful beach of El Campello with its numerous restaurants and bars. 15 minutes from Alicante City. 25 minutes from Benidorm with its exciting night life, theme and water parks.

Golf
There are over 10 golf courses in the Alicante province including Alicante Golf, designed by Seve Ballesteros. Villamartin Golf, which hosted the Spanish Open. Just down the road the Bonalba golf course is located in the Bonalba Mountains overlooking the Mediterranean. The Golf Club House has an excellent bar and restaurant open to non-members. There are a further three bars/restaurants. Golf equipment can be hired or purchased from the golf shop, which also hires buggies and trolleys.
Travel
Alicante is the nearest airport less than 20 Minute drive away. A car is necessary. We recommend you book a hire car at the time you book your flights. The villa is within a 10 minute drive of all facilities.
Distances
The villa is ideally situated a 3 minute drive from the town of Mutxamel. All facilities including shopping malls are only a 10 minute drive, including the the town of El Campello with its numerous restaurants and bars. Fifteen minutes to Alicante City with its huge array of shops. Twenty-five minutes from Benidorm with its exciting night life, theme and water parks including Terra Mitica. The largest theme park on the Mediterranean Bonalba golf course is 5 minutes away.
Booking notes
Deposit to secure booking – 20% (non refundable). Any booking made within eight weeks of the start date then payment in full is required at the time of booking. Refundable damage deposit of £100 to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning after departure is included in the price listed.
