Notes on accommodation
Entire villa has hot and cold air conditioning as well as under-floor heating. Bedroom 1 is at entry level for anyone not too mobile. We request that the numerous terraces are used for smoking.

Outside
Mature gardens, BBQ, outdoor sitting for 10, many sunbeds and private 10x8m pool. All terraces have further tables and sitting areas.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to Puerto Banus and its 2 beaches. Under 20 mins to the excellent beaches of Marbella.
Golf
We have played nearly all the courses and if asked can arrange discounted green fees and offer advice on where to play. There are over 40 courses on the Costa del Sol many only 20 minutes drive away.
Skiing
The Sierre Mountains 2 hours drive from the villa. All equipment can be hired - January to March months. Sunbathe and ski on the same holiday.
Travel
Malaga airport 45 mins. Car hire necessary.
Distances
10 mins to Puerto Banus under 20 mins to Marbella. Benahavis just 20 mins away, and the lovely Ronda an hour’s drive through amazing scenery.

We will provide full information pack before you arrive including emergency telephone numbers. Further information giving advice on best beaches and places to eat will be at the villa with your ‘welcome pack’ on arrival we will give you the keys and be on hand to help with any further inquires.
Booking notes
Water, electric and rates all included. If dates you want are available we will hold 48 hours so you can arrange flights. 40% deposit at reservation. Balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. 40% cancellation cost at 28 days. As from 27 days 100% cancellation costs. Upon arrival a bond of 500 euros is requested and will be returned on departure date after the villa has been inspected and no damages.
