Casa Calma is a beautifully built family villa located within the exclusive area of Las Tres Calas (3 Coves) close to the beautiful and unspoilt village of L'Ametlla De Mar. This spectacular sandy beaches are a delight to see and sunbathe upon but if you are one who delights of having your own space then your own private pool is a wonderful way to relax and unwind. The villa in an ideal tranquil location with stunning views of the mountains and sea. In Las Tres Calas there are some wonderful 'Tapas' bars, restaurants and a well stocked supermarket with a wonderful variety of local and international cuisine. If cooking or the Barbeque is not for you, then you will be spoilt for choice in the many wonderful restaurants in the village of L'Ametlla De Mar. A short taxi ride means that if you want to sample the local "Vino or Cava" you can be assured of a wonderful time. Here you will find the real "Catalan" life in the heart of a typical Catalunyan village.

Changeover day
During the months June to September the change over day is Saturday. The villa will be available from 4.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Alternative days may be arranged out side this period.

| Bedrooms: | One king size and one double bedroom both with built-in wardrobes and the third bedroom has two single beds also with built-in wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom comes complete with a large walk-in shower, vanity unit and wc. |
| Kitchen: | The modern kitchen comes complete with black granite work surfaces, built under oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The large living area comprises of a suite, television, DVD player, satellite UK freeview and a six place dining table (if you prefer to eat indoors). This area also benefits from air conditioning. |
| Other: | The large terrace on the first floor is accessible from spiral stairs, giving panoramic views of the beautiful mountains and also "private sunbathing" if required. There is also a Bar-B-Q area for the all important "alfresco" dining. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Clean linen and towels are provided. The private pool is cleaned and maintained twice weekly during peak season. |

Casa Calma is a recently built villa which is ideally suited to families or couples who just want to get away from it all.

Outside
The villa is exceptionally well fitted-out including its own private flood-lit swimming pool. The Barbeque area lends itself beautifully to "Alfresco dining". Sunbeds are provided for your comfort around the swimming pool area and also on the first floor terrace. Car parking is off road and secure.
Coast/Beach
Las Tres Calas beaches are undoubtedly one of its finest attractions. Their fine golden sand and clean waters continue to captivate the tourists who visit year after year. Cala Forn is the closest sandy beach which is most suitable and safe for children of all ages. The water is shallow and clear making this picturesque cove ideal and one which never gets crowded. Cala Vidre and Cala Jordi are the other two close by sandy beaches. These beaches are within minutes of each other.
Golf
There are two Golf Courses nearby which are for the more discerning golfer, a par 3 pitch and put, and for those who just want to have some fun try the crazy golf!
Travel
Ryanair, one of the major low cost airlines, flies into our local airport of Reus. This is only 25 minutes from the villa. Easyjet another low cost airline, flies into Barcelona, this is 90 min from the villa.
There are of course several other airlines that fly into Reus and Barcelona airports.
We recommend you hire a car as this will enable you to get the best out of your holiday.
The local train that runs from the nearby town of L'Ametlla De Mar services the adventure park of Port Aventura.
Distances
Only 5km to the beautiful unspoilt village of L'Ametlla De Mar. Here you can catch a 15min train ride for a fun day out with the children to Port Aventura theme Park and Costa Caribe water park. Barcelona and all its splendor is only 90 mins away. A 20 min drive finds the magnificent River Ebro, for those keen fishermen this is one of the best fishing rivers in Europe.
Further details
While having a car is not essential, we do recommend having one as it offers a wonderful opportunity to discover some of the hidden attractions. There are many local markets on everyday which are an absolute joy just to "potter" around and savour the atmosphere or maybe even find a bargain! You can even try making your own terracotta pot in the beautiful village of Miravett, or maybe you might even fancy wine tasting trip in Falset.
