A privately owned, two bed apartment in a small complex situated close to La Fosca beach. The complex has a large pool area surrounded by well kept gardens, positioned between the apartment blocks, this area creates a sheltered and private place to sun bathe. The gardens have been planted with trees to provide open and shaded areas to relax and play in. The large car park has secure access via an automatic gate, the beautiful sandy beach of La Fosca is just a stroll away, with local a supermarket and patisserie even closer. This first floor apartment is clean and modern with a good size living area providing room for relaxing and dining. The balcony gives sufficient room for dinning outside and provides plenty of space for sun bathing in the afternoon sun. The kitchen area is well equipped with a full size gas cooker, dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower.

The beautiful sandy beach of La Fosca is just a stroll away (approx 2/3 minutes walk). If your up to a 20min walk through some of the most scenic coast line on the Costa Brava, the beautiful sandy beach of Platja de Castell is undeveloped and a designated nature reserve.

Travel
Gerona Airport is 30km away (approx 40 minutes drive).
A hire car is recommended but there is also a good local bus service and the airport is an easy ride by taxi.

Distances
Palamos is very well positioned to serve as a base when exploring the many beaches and towns that can be found on the Costa Brava. Palafugell, Llfranc, Begur, Tamariu, Pals, San Antonio and Plata D'Aro.

Local shops, bakery and supermarket are only 25 meters away from the apartment. There are beach cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.
