There are several communal pools to enjoy. The interesting and historic old town of Denia is nearby, with a castle and harbour, sandy beaches, shopping, markets and restaurants. Javea too, is not far away. Orange groves hug the roads to nearby Ondara and Pedreguer. Great for golfing and family holidays.

Changeover day
Wednesday to Wednesday. The house is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we request that visitors leave by 10.00am to allow for servicing.

| Living Rooms: | The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The lounge area has 2 three seater sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and an armchair. Doors lead to terrace and garden. Radio, CD & tape player. Satellite TV. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, non allergenic duvets and pillows are provided. Bath and hand towels are provided for use in the house only and are changed once a week if required. Beach towels or towels for swimming in the pools are not provided. |

Outside
At the front of the property there is a terrace and off road parking with a lawned garden to the rear. On the 1st floor there are 2 balconies. Outdoor furniture can be used in all areas. The nearest communal pool is about 10 to 15 metres away, with several others very close by.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Denia is 10 minutes away by car, and Javea is 20 minutes away. There are miles of lovely beaches all along the coast offering many different activities, including snorkelling and scuba diving.
Golf
La Sella 18 hole, par 72 golf course is within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. The clubhouse and main entrance is 5 minutes by car and also offers a sauna, shop and restaurant. Other golf courses within half an hour's drive can be found at Oliva Nova and Javea. Slightly further away are Don Cayo and lfach.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately one hour away by car. Car hire is advisable. La Sella is 5 minutes from J62 on the motorway.
Further details
For horse-riders the stables at La Sella offer various equestrian activities for beginners and experienced riders alike. There are 5 tennis courts. Mountain bikes can be hired and bikers will have plenty of challenges in the nearby Montgo National Park and surrounding mountains in this lovely area. La Sella is also good for evening strolls. For the fun family, there is a new theme park and water park in Benidorm, barely half an hour away. Scuba diving, snorkelling and fishing trips are available.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable security deposit of £100 will be required with the balance.
