The villa is cleaned weekly and a housekeeper will welcome you at the villa and provide you with local information. She will also provide you with the keys and a welcome pack for your stay. Towels and bed linen are provided (including beach towels). |

Fabulous family villa, which can be used as two separate accommodations if required as downstairs can be used as self contained apartment (still with access to the pool area).

The closest golf course is situated within the La Sella resort itself & is approx. 5 minutes drive from the villa. Set in the grounds of a five star hotel it offers a Jose Maria Olazabal designed 18 hole championship course, par 72, & 6072m in length, surrounded by an ecosystem of Mediterranean woodlands & mountains situated next to Montgo Natural Park. Due to its unique design, La Sella Golf Club offers a balanced course, suitable for all levels of play. The varied & interesting course is set in a protected environment, displaying beautiful views of the countryside, where many varieties of trees may be observed from each fairway. The relaxed atmosphere, together with the Mediterranean climate allows golfing enthusiasts to enjoy the facilities all year round. In addition to this excellent course on your doorstep there are four other high quality courses within a 50 minute driving distance.
Travel
Around 50 mins travel time to both Alicante and Valencia airports.
Car is essential. Hire cars are available at the airport and there are several companies that offer very competitive rates.
Distances
Denia which is approx. 10 minutes drive from the villa boats a fabulous marina, exclusive boutiques, a large variety of shops, a thriving cafe culture and a mixture of traditional/modern restaurants.
Javea about 20 minutes drive caters more for the whole family and nightlife.
Natural Park of El Montgo,(hiking), approx 1km.

Booking notes
To reserve your desired holiday dates please call Karen McGeown who will confirm availability. The villa is then booked in your name & a deposit payment of £300 of the cost is due immediately. Not less than ten weeks prior to holiday departure the remaining balance is then due. On return from your holiday & given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the deposit of £300 is returned immediately & in full.
