Villa Sylvabel is located on the prestigious El Rafalet within 10 minutes drive of the main beach, port and old Town. The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms - two on suite. The kitchen has all the comforts of home with oven, hob, microwave and toaster. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, fridge freezer, cold store for drinks, ironing board and iron. The main winter lounge has been furnished to a very high standard with antique Andaluthian furniture, satalite TV, all English channels, logburning fire and comfortable settee and chairs. From the winter lounge you move into the summer lounge where is situated the dinning suite and the bar. This room overlooks the pool and patio, it also has a double put-u-up. Leading from this room is an outside staircase down to the pool where the pool lounge is situated with its own kitchenette, shower, toilet, handbasin. Off this lounge is the fourth bedroom. There is also a double put-u-up in the pool lounge.
