The development is gated making it secure for families with young children.

The swimming pool is adjacent to the house and has a children's pool. Sun loungers and beach chairs available in the property for use by the pool.

Coast/Beach
Beach is 600 metres away (Les Deveses). The beach is large and unspoilt and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
There are many other beaches along the coast to the North and South. There is a windsurfing centre at the beach.

Golf
The Valencian region is fantastic for golf and is home to El Saler, Manises, Oliva Nova, La Sella, El Bosque and El Escorpion. La Sella and Oliva are the nearest courses.

Travel
Flights from UK with Easyjet, Jet 2.com and charter airlines to Alicante, Valencia and Murcia.
Easy access from AP7 motorway. Approx. 1 hour driving time from Alicante and Valencia.
Car hire available at all airports and in Denia.
Car hire recommended.

Distances
The nearest towns are El Vergel (2kms), Ondara and Els Poblets. Denia is the nearest large town at 9 kms away.
(hourly bus to Denia). Places of interest such as Javea, Moraira and Calpe are all easily reached by car.

Shops and banks are all within easy reach. The area has a wide selection of restaurants and cafes. There are supermarkets in El Vergel and a hypermarket at Gandia. Denia has a good range of shops and a traditional indoor market which is worth visiting. For the keen shopper there are shopping malls at Benidorm, Alicante and Valencia.

When making a firm booking a deposit of 50% is required. The remainder is payable 4 weeks prior to departure. A security/damages deposit of £200 is required, this is refunded after departure. Why the owner chose a home in this location
The Costa Blanca has such a variety of places to visit and has a mix of beautiful countryside and vibrant towns. We were attracted to this part of the Costa Blanca for it's good weather, infrastructure and relaxed way of life. El Vergel appealed as it is still quite Spanish and feels as though it is still part of the traditional town and not a holiday resort. The beach is unspoilt and ideal for walks in winter as well as sunbathing on in the summer. Denia is a short drive and is a great place to visit. We love wandering around the streets, going to the indoor food market and walking along the port area. There are so many good places to eat and drink in Denia, it is ideal for a pleasant evening out. The marina is also a good spot and is ideal for sitting with a drink and 'people watching'

Unique benefits of the property
The house is easily reached by road and being on a private residential development is in a quiet spot. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarket and restaurants. It makes a great base for exploring the Costa Blanca.
