It is located in a quiet residential area of Miami Playa, a delightful coastal town on the Costa Dorada with mountains as a backdrop. Less than 5 minutes drive from the beach and the centre of Miami Playa with its shops, bars and restaurants.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include bedlinen, towels and cleaning at the end of your holiday. Part week prices available on application. Guided cat and carp fishing prices available on application.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday during the peak season. At other times, changeover is flexible, depending upon availability. Check-in time is from 16:00 on the day of arrival, check-out by 10:00.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and coffee table. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Two single folding guest beds are also available for use in the lounge area. |
| Bathrooms: | There is a complete bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and wash hand basin. There is also a separate wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, under cupboard lighting and a good range of kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. There is also a washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room accommodates two single folding guest beds if required. It is equipped with a sofa, easy chair, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, amplifier and stereo speakers. |
| Other: | The sun terrace has a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are included and are changed on a weekly basis at no extra cost. Please bring your own beach towels. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and again when you leave. |

Outside
The community of 5 villas has been built in a semi circle around a generous shared patio, pool and barbecue facility. Sun Loungers and an umbrella are provided for relaxing by the pool. There is off road parking.
Coast/Beach
The European blue flag beach, Playa Cristal is in Miami Playa and is just a few minutes drive away. Alternatively 10mins will bring you to the 3km long golden sandy beach of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. The pretty fishing ports/seaside resorts of Cambrils and L'Ametlla del Mar are also within easy reach and are well worth a visit.
Golf
The villa is 15 minutes' drive away from the world class Bonmont Golf Club which has magnificent views over the Mediterranean and makes use of the natural landscape together with numerous bunkers and water hazards. The Bonmont has twice hosted the PGA Catalan Open since 1991 and has an international golf academy. Additional golf courses are also available locally.
Special interest holidays
Guided cat and carp fishing can be arranged on the River Ebro, which is just 35 minutes' drive away. The Ebro, Spain's longest river is famed for its Wels catfish to 200 lb and also has a good head of river carp and zander. The river carp come in all sizes up to 40lbs but even the small ones will give you a really good fight. Please ask for prices.
Travel
Reus airport is approx 25mins drive from the villa. Ryanair fly there.
Barcelona airport is approx 1.5 hour's drive from the villa. Easyjet and British Airways fly there.
Car hire is available at Barcelona and Reus airports.
There are good train connections all along the coast with the nearest station to the villa in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, which is about 5mins drive away. A train to, or from Barcelona will take approx 1.5 hours. Buses are also available for local journeys.
Distances
Port Aventura, Universal Studios' largest theme park outside of the USA, is at Salou which is approximately 35mins by car.
Tarragona with its Roman ruins, city walls, Roman amphitheatre and Cathedral not to mention its shops and market is well worth a visit and is approx 30mins by car.
If you fancy a trip to Madrid, a new high speed rail service now takes just 3 hours to reach Spain's capital city.

Tennis - close to the Bonmont Golf Club is Vanessa Park Tennis Club which has 4 double clay courts which can be rented by the hour.
Bird watching - The Ebro offers the opportunity to see many different species of birds. The Delta is a rice growing region which is well known for pink flamingoes. The Sebes Nature Reserve at Flix has one of the largest natural reedbeds in Europe and is home to many species of resident and migratory birds.
Walking - there are many trails in the mountains inland from Miami, suitable for novices and experts alike.
Horse riding and watersports are also available locally.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required for reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday. Payment may be made via Paypal, credit card or cheque. A £200 security deposit is payable on arrival and is returned when you leave the property in a good condition.
