Accessibility

Outside
The villa is situated on a 800m plot. The garden has olive trees and a few patio areas with seating. There are loungers around the pool which is 8x4m. There is a car-port for 1 car.
Coast/Beach
The property is approx 20mins drive from the beaches at Denia & Javea. The beach in Javea is especially good for families with children. The towns both have a variety of shops, bars & restaurant.
Golf
The villa is approximately 3/4miles from the La Sella Championship Golf course.
Travel
The villa is an hours drive from either Alicante (approx 90km)or Valencia (approx 100km) Airports.
Distances
Pedreguer is the nearest town, located 5mins away in the car. There are 2 supermarkets close by. The Montgo Natural Park is about 20mins drive away. The Jalon valley with it's wine Botegas is also about 30mins away inland. The post town of Denia is about 20mins away with ferries to the Balearics.
Further details
A car is required as the Villa is on Monte Pedreguer. It's set in a peaceful location & is a great place to get away from it all and chillout. However its still close enough to shops, bars & restaurants if you want to go out and about.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required once a firm booking is made, with full payment to be made 6 weeks before rental. A £150 security deposit is required which will be returned once the villa is vacated and everything is in good order.
