This is a light, airy, newly built and tastefully furnished ground floor apartment. It has a large patio to the front to enjoy a gentle sea breeze whilst watching the world go by. It is within walking distance to the Mar Menor, renown for its' beneficial mud baths. For those wanting a little more indulgence the Health Spa Thalasia is just across the road. The apartment is also within easy reach of miles of beautiful Mediterranean beaches and the local nature reserves.

Less than 5 minutes drive to Mar Menor, though in the summer parking can be busy. Less than 5 minutes to the local Mediterannean beach. About 15 minutes walk to both.

Murcia airport is 15 minutes drive away.
Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive away.
5 minutes to motorway links.
Local bus staion is close by.
Car hire is recommended but not essential.

Further details
San Pedro is a typical Spanish town with the added bonus of the mud baths, Spa, well maintained beaches and nature reserve making it an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday. There are plenty of attractions in the local area, enough to keep everyone entertained. There is a file at the apartment with local attractions: water parks, reataurants and theme parks. The local shopping mall, Dos Mares, is a 10 minute drive away with shops, food court, English bookshop, arcade and bowling alley.
Local shops, restaurant, bars are only a minutes walk away.
The local town has a good range of restaurants, to suit all tastes.
The large Monday market is not to be missed, lovely fresh produce and plenty of bargains.
Torrevieja is approximately 25 minutes drive north. It has a vast array of nightlife, restaurants, shops, cinema (check free papers for listings) and a colourful evening market/fun fair.
