In the past we have only rented to family and very close friends but due to the costs of maintaining the lovely secluded gardens and pool this Charming Meditteranean villa in delightful tropical, private gardens can be yours for just a week or two! The individual and very private kidney-shaped pool is served by it's own outside kitchen with sink unit, dishwasher, fridge and shower. Frontline to Club de Golf Ifach's course, it overlooks the third fairway, yet due to it's situation the property is not in danger of stray golf balls. Not overlooked - retaining it's privacy. Approached via a private gated drive. La Cascada is a wonderful tucked away Romantic secret! Just perfect for a couple or two, or a family.

Accessibility
Suitable for children and the elderly as both villa and patios are on one level. One step only to front door and three steps from Naya to Pool (Can be accessed by another door with only one step). Interior of villa all on one level.
Outside
Private pool, kidney shaped approx 8x4m. Surrounded by non-slip tiled patio, very private but with views of the golf course. Enclosed with palms and tropical gardens. 4 Pool loungers and various other seating and garden chairs. Exterior shower (hot and cold), plus great outside bar and kitchen area.
Coast/Beach
Rocky cove in walking distance, the lovely beaches of Moraira and the Costas best-kept secret, "El Portet" just a few minutes by car. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and even Benidorm
(if you want to go!) between 15-35 mins drive away.
Golf
Situated front-line to the golf course (Club de Golf Ifach).
A tricky 9 hole course can challenge even an experienced golfer. Golf pro at the club available for lessons. Wonderful views from the Club house terrace to the sea and Penon de Ifach. Tennis courts and communal pool above club house.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia, both approx 1 hour away.
Further details
Shops (incl supermarket, newsagent, butcher also chemist, doctor and dentist) many restaurants, bars, golf, little coves etc...all in walking distance!
