This beautiful Spanish villa with its own private garden, large swimming pool & stunning views is situated in a convenient location for peace & quiet. It's easy access to the A92 makes travelling around Andalucia very easy indeed. Situated in a quiet residential urbanization within walking distance of two restaurants. In the garden is a very attractive vine covered area for al fresco dining. A covered porch at the front of the villa has lovely views of the hills opposite. The closest town is the typically enchanting town of Estepa (8km) or Antequera (39km) which is steeped in history. Antequera has a large range of restaurants & shops along side the historical gems. The villa has a perfect central location for exploring the beautifyl city of Seville, the towering magnificence of the Sierra Nevada's mountain range and within striking distance of all the coast has to offer. Close by is a nature reserve for flamingos.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible for you to take advantage of cheap flights offers, guests are recommended to arrive 4pm and leave the house at 10am if possible for servicing for other guests. times are flexible, please ask.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a large wardrobe with drawers. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and a large wardrobe with drawers & a bedside table. There is a large sofa bed in the sitting room. A travel cot is also available at a small extra charge. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom one has a white bath with a shower over, basin & wc and a large storage cupboard. Bathroom two is accessed from outside beside the pool. It has a large Morrocan shower, wc & wash basin. The automatic washing machine is also in this room. |
| Kitchen: | Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, full range of quality crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is also a small music player. |
| Utility Room: | Accessed from outside combined with the shower room has an automatic washing machine, laundry basket, ironing board & iron and cleaning items i.e. dustpan & brush, broom etc, there is also a hairdryer for the ladies which will save valuable suitcase space |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge/dining room has two sofa“s (one which is the sofa bed) it also has a beautiful table & eight dining chairs and matching side cabinet. Large TV with DVD player for guests to watch their own films. Open fireplace with grate. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Sheets, indoor bathroom towels, tea towels and pool towels are provided weekly. The villa is cleaned on change over days and if required a midweek clean can be arranged at a small extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for young children. There is a lawn area for ball games etc. The villa has gates around the front porch which can be bolted to keep young children close to the house and away from the dangers of the pool when not being supervised, if required. Please keep an eye on children at all times when they are near the pool.
Accessibility
The property is suitable for people with small mobility problems, as it is all on one level, however there is a step up to the front porch area and a small step into the house over the door thresh-hold.
Outside
Large patio area immediately outside the villa entrance. There is also a large long porch which is shaded from the sun for several hours a day, which has a cane sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table. The perfect place to sit in the evening. There is a covered area at the far corner of the garden, where there is a fixed metal table and the large built-in BBQ is beside the poolhouse. There are ample sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs and plenty of pool toys for the children and adults alike to play on.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Malaga is the nearest which is about an hours drive away. It has beautiful sandy beaches and safe swimming during the hotter months. There are plenty of beach bars which serve freshly cooked seafood and salads and you can hire sunbeds for the day at a few euros each. There are also peddaloes and jet skis for hire as well.
Golf
The nearest golf course is at Antequera at the Antequera Golf Hotel. This is a 18 hole golf course on top of a hill, so the views are spectacular, worth the trip even if you do not play golf.
Skiing
Skiing is at the Sierra Nevada at Granada, aprox 1 hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
We can arrange birdwatching and horse riding close by if required and given a little notice.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga being 84km and 1 hours drive. Sevilla airport is 108km and 1 hour and 20 mins drive. Granda airport is 112km and 1 hour and 15 mins drive. You can hire cars at all 3 airports. Email us for the names of car hire companies.
Further details
There are banks, supermarkets, medical centers and dentists, along with a wide selection of restaurants in Estepa. The nearest hospital is in Antequera.
Booking notes

Upon confirmation of the booking a 30% deposit will be required, this cna be paid into a bank account in the UK. The balance plus a £150 damage deposit is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday. The damage deposit will be returned to you via a cheque drawn on a UK bank 24 hours after your departure from the Villa, providing there is no damage or breakages.
