A modern apartment on the ground floor of a private villa in a quiet cul-de-sac in a rural location in the Jalon Valley just a short walk to the town with bars, restaurants, shops including a supermarket and Bodegas. This apartment has mountain views with ample opportunities for leisurely walks. Coastal resorts with beaches a 30 minute drive away. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with entertainment facilities. Pets cannot be accommodated and guests are asked not to smoke in the apartment.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week based on 2 people sharing and part weeks will be charged accordingly. During winter months heating can be made available by arrangement. Subject to availability Bed & Breakfast can be provided for short stays with a minimum of 2 nights at a cost of €40 per night based on two people sharing.
Changeover day
The apartment is usually made available from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure unless other arrangements are made with the owners. Subject to avaiability bookings can be made for any day of the week.

| Utility Room: | Access can be made available to a washing machine by arrangement with the owners. |
| Living Rooms: | Large living room with dining area including table and chairs and two sofas with an occasional table. Also TV with limited satellite package, hi fi, Video and DVD players with films included and a selection of books, magazines and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, towels including beach towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned once a week with a change of linen and towels. |

Outside
There is ample parking space on the driveway of the Villa and private access to the apartment is gained from the side of the premises. There is direct access from the apartment through double doors onto a naya and patio with the large swimming pool. Also included is outdoor furniture with cushions and barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The coastal beach resorts of Calpe, Moraira and Denia are approximately a 30 minute drive. Javea and Benidorm approximately a 45 min drive.
Golf
Golf courses can be reached by car and include La Sella, Oliva Nova, Club de Golf Javea, Club de Golf Ifach and Club de Golf Don Cayo.
Travel
Valencia and Alicante airports are a 1 hour 15 minute drive and a car although not absolutely essential would be needed to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding areas and beach resorts. A drive North to one of the small railway stations will allow a short journey by train to Valencia.
Distances
The town of Jalon is a leisurely 20 minute walk to several bars and restaurants with local food and other shops and the picturesque village of Alcalali is a short drive away. Jalon has a local market on Tuesday and a large Market/Rastro on Saturdays. The surrounding mountains give walkers and climbers opportunity to explore the area.
Further details
Jalon has a Pharmacy in the square near the church and the town gives access to several banks. The supermarket is open Monday to Saturday and Sunday during some Summer months.The Jalon Valley is a wine growing region and Jalon town has three main Bodegas for the purchase of local wines and products. In the Benidorm area theme parks can be found including Terra Mitica.
