Cielo Claro has a large modern kitchen with all the appliances you would expect. Satellite TV in the lounge . Cielo Claro is situated on a hill opposite the town of Arboleas. The surrounding area is hilly, lots of fruit trees & the villages are typically Spanish. Arboleas is located at the edge of the Andalucian border with Murcia Province. The villa offers a holiday away from the bustling tourist resort.

Changeover day
We are flexible with change over day.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed has a en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe. dressing table and mirror. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, dressing table and mirror Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a cot, fitted wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom has bath, shower, wc, bidet and two sinks. En-suite has shower, sink, wc and sink. There is enough water pressure at the Villa, for both bathrooms to be used at the same time. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has dining table and 8 chairs.There is cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, high chair and generally everything you would expect in a fully functioning kitchen. There is also a barbecue (for external use). |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine, iron and board in the villa. There is an exterior circular washing line, (clothes dry within an hour in the summer). |
| Living Rooms: | Very spacious lounge two sofas, one a double sofa bed, TV, video, Sky TV. Bar football table. |
| Other: | The garage has been recently refurbished and has been converted into a games room (there is room for up to 6 cars in the front garden). This garage comprises a full size table tennis table and dart board. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There are staff who live locally who will greet you on arrival and show you how every think works. They will be on call should you require them through out your stay. Towels and bed linen will be provided for your stay. |

Notes on accommodation
We have a gate at the side of the house so children would not be able to access the pool from the outside without your supervision. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom. There is an interior table tennis table (garage), dart board and bar football table. There is an exterior basketball hoop to the rear garden of the villa.
Accessibility
You will need a car to get around the local area. There are restaurant and bars within walking distance, approximately 10 to 20 minutes, (depending which ones you visit) The villa has not been adapted for wheelchair use.
Outside
There is a large patio area to the rear of the property, a roof terrace, with a stone table and chairs which provides spectacular views in the day and of the stars of the night. The private pool is approximately is 8 x 4m and will be maintained during your stay, a fruit orchard to the side comprising of lemon, oranges, apple, apricot and plum trees. The front drive accommodates numerous cars and a large garage which has been converted into a games room.
Coast/Beach
The coastal resorts of Mojacar & Garucha are 25 & 30 mins drive to the South. There are sandy beaches, a water park with rock climbing, ab-sailing, trampolines, crazy golf, go-karting, and many other coastal activities. There are lots of bars, restaurants and clubs in these resorts. The more quiet resort of San Juan is 40 minutes drive. The beach is safe for young children here, as it is in a secluded bay.
Golf
The luxury golf course of Desert springs is 20 minutes from the villa and Val de Este is 30 mins away. There are numerous other golf courses apart from these situated within 30 to 40 minutes away.
Skiing
You can go skiing at Sierra Nevada which is a two hours drive to the north through Granada. The season is from October until April.
Travel
The nearest airport is Almeria 50 minutes drive away. Alicante airport is 1hr 45mins. Murcia (San Javier) airport is 1hr 30mins. Granada airport is 2 hours away. A car is essential to travel to and from the Villa.
Distances
Arboleas town is 10 minutes walk away. There are banks, restaurants, bars, post office and supermarkets here. The market for this town is on a Saturday. The market towns of Albox & Zurgena are a 10 minutes drive. Albox is a busy town with large supermarkets etc.
Further details
There are horse riding stables locally and horse riding is available, our staff will advise. Granada is 1 hr 30 mins away, which accommodates the famous Alhambra palace. This is well worth a visit. Mini Hollywood is 1 hour 30 minutes drive away. (This is famous for the spaghetti westerns).
