This luxury two bed villa has its own private pool with safety fence and is situated overlooking the second fairway of the 5* Mar Menor golf resort. Property has sunny terraces all year round which are not overlooked and is furnished to a very high standard with Sky TV in the lounge and master bedroom. Villa is ideal for golfers and families. Less than five minutes walk on the flat to the resort centre where there are bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, hairdressers, communal pool, fitness room and tennis court and the facilities offered by the 5* Intercontinental hotel. 5 mins drive to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and the many cafes and bars along the seafront. For two families wishing to holiday together, adjacent property may be available to rent.

Outside
Rear garden with private pool (6m x 3m) with steps to shallow end (1m) and removable safety fence and poolshower.Four Sunbeds and chairs available to take to the beach. Rear terrace has a large table and 6 chairs. Barbeque. Great views over golf course. Rear upper terrace, south west aspect, has sunny aspect the year round - wonderful during the winter months. Front terrace for the morning sun with table and 4 chairs. Beach chairs and parasol available for guests use.
Coast/Beach
Many lovely beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. Shallow safe beaches are found on the Mar Menor, some with pedalos/beach entertainment. Nearest beach at Los Alcazares aprox 5 min drive. Water park at Torrevieja 40 mins away.
Golf
Situated on the 2nd fairway - 9 hole par 36 course (soon to be extended to 18). Residents are able to also play on the recently opened La Torre 18 hole golf course and the other Polaris golf courses as they open. Golf passes available.-please enquire further. Handicap card required and suitable atire. Great for junior members and adults alike.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) airport is less than 15 mins away, Alicante airport 50 mins. Frequent flights to both from regional UK airports - EasyJet, Flybe, Jet2, Bmibaby and Ryanair to name a few. Car hire recomended, but if you do not hire a car everything you need can be obtained on the resort and taxis from San Javier airport are approx. 25 euros. Collection from and delivery to the local airport can be arranged - please enquire as to the cost. Free bus to other Polaris World resorts.
Distances
Torre Pacheco 3 mins (2km), Los Alcazares (nearest beach) 5 mins (4km), Cartagena 20 mins, Murcia city 25 mins, La Manga 15 mins. Large shopping complex at Dos Mares 15 mins. Alicante city approx. 1 hour.

5* Intercontinental Hotel with spa facilities, restaurants and bars only 5 mins walk on the flat from villa. On the resort is a small supermarket (does home deliveries), hairdressers and bank/cash point. Large supermarket 5 mins drive. Local markets most days. 5 bars on the resort and 3 restaurants. Communal pool. Many lovely restaurants and beach bars in nearby Los Alcazares. Ten pin bowling at Dos Mares, go-karting near La Manga (25 mins). Tennis court and fitness room on site. Live entertainment at the social club and activities organised for young children (seasonal).
Booking notes
Cleaning included in rental cost.£100 deposit required at time of booking and balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit cheque required in case of breakages. Small extra charge for cot/high chair hire. Welcome pack can be provided (eg tea, coffee, water, juice. bread ) at a small cost. You will be met at the resort entrance and taken to the villa and shown how to use the facilities. Information book at the villa with details of things to see and do and places to eat /drink.
