This first floor self contained apartment is in Punta Prima's La Entrada Ocean front Resort. It is one of the most exclusive residential developments in Costa Blanca. The apartment is of top quality, luxurious and surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and tranquil swimming pools. Situated in a beautiful peaceful area only 200m from the Costa Blanca's Mediterranean coast where a small sandy beach awaits. Punta Prima's bars, restaurants and shops are all within 5 minutes walk. The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is 3kms away, and with three championship golf coures at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, which are 10-20 min drive away, it is easy to see why this area of Costa Blanca has something for everyone. We have furnished the apartment to a very high standard making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We have satallite TV. If you are looking for a luxurious, two bedroomed apartment (will sleep six if using the pull out sofa) this is for you!

The apartment has heated floors in the bathrooms and a dual system air conditioner / heater.
Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is easily accessible either by the lift or stairs.
There is plenty of parking around the area of the apartment.
Outside
No matter what your pleasure, if it's a round of golf, a quick dip in the sea, or just relaxing by one of the several pools (one is heated), Punta Prima's Entrada resort is the perfect place for you.
The balcony has a large table seating six.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach to the apartment is only a five minute walk. This small quiet beach is ideally placed next to the Nautalus Bar/Restaurant.
The beach at Punta Prima, again only a 15 minute walk, has all the usual things to rent, sun loungers / sun shades, pedallos, jet skis.
Foot showers and WC's. No dogs allowed. Situated above the beach is a nice bar/restaurant.
If you want palm trees then the Kings Land beach, again only a 15 minute walk, is ideal for you.
Golf
With three championship golf coures at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor a 10 min drive away, it is easy to see why this area of Costa Blanca has something for everyone.
Villamartin, one of the best (golf) courses in Spain, probably the best in this region and also hosted the Spanish Open .
Las Ramblas, the incredible water hazards - the ramblas - which make this (golf) course different.
Campoamor Golf Club, longer than the other courses in the area, but the fairways are wider so there's more room to "have a go!". It has an impressive clubhouse, restaurant and bars. A beautiful course.
Travel
The apartment is easily reached from Alicante or Murcia Airports.
Alicante is a 40 minute drive away.
Murcia is is only a 20 minute drive.
Car hire is not essential but recommended in order to explore the area. Transport to and from the airport is available if needed.
Distances
Torrevieja, is only 3km away and is a popular place for English-speaking people to take a holiday, it is a typical Spanish town which not only has some good beaches, it also has an excellent street market every Friday morning and some brilliant shops, bars and restaurants.
Further details
Shops, bars restaurants, supermarkets and banks are all only a short walk away.
The bus stop is virtually up the street, everything is on the doorstep.

Contact us for a booking form, a non refundable £75 (105 euros) deposit will be required. Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the signed booking form. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of all persons intending to occupy the property. Balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure. If booking is made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment due at time of booking.
