This modern, three-bedroomed villa offers a private garden area, heated swimming pool with poolside jacuzzi, shaded sun terrace, barbecue, upper-level solarium and off road parking for 1 car. With many convenient facilities including TV, CD/DVD player and air conditioning, its living quarters are spread over one floor, making it ideal for those with walking difficulties. It is within walking distance of the resort's 12 communal pools, restaurant/snack bar and bars, and approximately 20 minutes' drive from Los Alcazares which offers many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The villa is 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city. *Pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional charge.

Notes on prices
Booking notes: £100 deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period are £475 per week. Bookings made from countries outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, individually or together, for an additional cost per week: jacuzzi only £30, pool only £40, combined £65.
A £65 cleaning and laundry fee applies to all bookings.
Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £15 each a week. A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £15 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmelade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Golf
Guests have access to the resort's 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.
Special interest holidays
The local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horseriding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
