Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday; departure at 11.00 am and arrival at 4.00. Every effort will be made to accommodate special times – but these fit in well with most flight times.

| Bedrooms: | Four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two singles. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space. Three exit directly to garden terraces with tables, chairs and loungers. |
| Bathrooms: | Bed 1 has en-suite with bath and over shower; beds 2 and 3 en-suite with shower; bed 4 has use of adjacent cloakroom and separate bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are modern and well furnished with plenty of cupboard space. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen offers dishwasher, fridges, oven, hob and microwave. A wide selection of cooking utensils, crockery and equipment is included in the well-equipped kitchen. |
| Utility Room: | The separate laundry room has a washing machine and ironing facilities. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge offers satellite 46 inch TV, video, DVD,WIFI Internet access and hifi and the large dining room is air-conditioned. |

Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in the dining room. The pool area is not separated from the main building so care with young children is essential.
Accessibility
There are a few steps up to the main front gates but the remainder of the villa is on one level.
Outside
The pool has both tiled steps at the shallow end and metal steps and rail at the deep end. All outdoor seating is provided.
Coast/Beach
Mojacar Playa offers 7 km of sandy beach with, from one end ‘Tower Bay’ with its coves and clear water, to Garrucha a fishing village with harbour and marina at the other. In-between there’s a wide range of facilities including beach bars, restaurants and water sports.
Golf
Cotijo Grande - currently 9-holes, soon to be 18. Daily Telegraph listed as one of the top-ten 9-hole courses in the World. Great views, unique location – 25 minute drive.
Marina Del Golf - 18-hole, including putting & driving range. 10 minutes.
Val D’Este – 18-hole, an excellent but tricky course; 25 minutes.
Desert Springs – supposedly the only true desert course in Europe. Great location; very different and challenging; 30 minutes.
Mecenas Beach – brand new, immaculately manicured 18-hole: 10 minutes.
Travel
45 minutes from Almeria airport or 1 hour 45 mins from either Alicante or Murcia airports (all served by Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch etc). Hire cars can be collected and dropped off at all airports.
Distances
The villa is just 7 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The hill-top village of Mojacar with its Moorish appearance and commanding views will fascinate, beguile and completely captivate you and is just a 10 minute drive away.

All facilities such as supermarkets are within easy reach. There’s an information folder in the villa containing details on local restaurants and bars and useful telephone numbers for sports’ bookings, maps etc.
Booking notes
Bookings are accepted by phone or email and confirmed with a 20% deposit and £200 bond. Balance due six weeks prior to departure.
