Located only a few minutes from Mijas Pueblo, this is a sympathetically restored country villa, with high beamed ceilings and fireplace in the lounge, patio doors from the lounge open directly on to the pool area. Set in its own grounds in a tranquil, secure and private location. The villa is totally private with automatic entry gates. It has a large floodlit 8 x 4 private pool with roman steps leading into the pool, covered BBQ and dining area, sun-terraces with sunbeds set in beautiful tropical gardens on one level with many trees and plants. which can be lit at night. Lovely views of Mijas village, Ideal for for families. Only minutes drive to the Charming village of Mijas or 5 minutes drive to the bustling town of Fuengirola and the beaches. Close to many golf courses. Marbella is 20 minutes. Many recommendations from very happy clients, who have found that our villa was just the ideal location they were looking for, who have returned to us each year.

Prices shown are for the property per week in euros. We offer large discounts for rental periods in excess of 2 weeks in the winter. Please contact us for further details. Please note, we collect a 250 euro accidental damage deposit on arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, however in the low season, we try to be flexible where possible. We do ask guests to vacate by 10.00am on departure day to allow time for cleaning etc before Incoming guests. Thank-You

| Bedrooms: | Master double bedroom with en-suite bath/shower including Air-conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. A third external, single bedroom is also available if needed, if cot/highchair required please advise before. |
| Bathrooms: | Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master with bath and shower over head. The twin with walk-in shower. There is plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom, plus there is extra storage in the lounge. |
| Kitchen: | Modern, luxury, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and all modern conveniences. The kitchen is well equiped with cooking utensils and crockery and glasses. including toaster, electric kettle and juicer. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room includes washing machine and provides storage for miscellaneous items. |
| Living Rooms: | Beamed, high ceiling. Large,open fireplace, sliding doors to garden, swimming pool and BBQ area. Views to Mijas. Satellite TV, DVD, dining area with rustic style table and chairs, front door leading to enclosed patio and sun terrace with country views. |

Accessibility
No steps, house is all on one level. Easy parking in the grounds of the house. Although the house/gardens has easy accesibility for wheel chairs, the doors are the standard doors and have not been adapted for wheelchair width.
Outside
Private Floodlit 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps leading into pool, making it more accesible for children or people with dissabilities. Built-in covered BBQ area in front of pool with dining table and chairs and parasol. Terrace area by pool with sun beds. Front terrace with secluded garden and patio area with dining table, chairs, parasol and garden furniture. The villa benefits from the sun all day until the sun goes down, but there are various shady areas at different times of the day. The pool area gets the sun all day.
Private parking for 2/3 cars, electric security gates.
Tropical garden, with Palm tree, Yucca and Eucalyptus, which can be illuminated at night. Grass area by pool.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches are 5 mins drive. There are many, many, clean, sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol, all within easy reach, and safe for children. All have beach bars and restaurants where children are welcome and can play safetly, while parents relax. In particular we like the areas of La Cala or Cabopino, where there are many typical Spanish restaurants, well priced. The beaches here are excellent and welcome famillies. We will be very happy to give you some recommendations.
Golf
Numerous golf courses within 5/10 mins drive. Nearest is Mijas Golf, El Chaparell, Calanova, Miraflores, Torrequebrada. There are more than 60 golf courses in Andalucia including the famous Valderamas Golf Course. most of these golf courses are open to non members. It is normally recommended that they are booked in advance in the busy season.
Skiing
Skiing is only one and a half hours drive from the villa to Sierra Nevada, where normally there is snow from late November until early May. Ski hire is available.
Special interest holidays
There are many special interest facilities on the costa del sol, including, cooking lessons,of various categories mountain biking, horse riding, walking tours etc, classic car runs, all of which we can give you more information should this be of interest to you.
Travel
Malaga Airport which is the destination airport, is an easy 15/20 mins drive. We will send you full directions on how to get to the villa, where we will meet you and welcome you into the villa.
We advise you to book your car hire to pick-up directly from the airport.
Car Jet, Hertz, Yellow Car are several car hire companies we can recommend, this can be booked on the internet.
Distances
Mijas Village, is 5 mins drive, as is the town of Fuengirola and the beaches. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20/25 minutes away.

Mijas Village: Pre-Roman 'white Andalucian village' with its cobbled streets and winding roads, this is has the charm of real Spain.Many authentic Spanish restaurants with beamed ceillings and fireplaces ideal in winter or dine in their open courtyards and terraces in summer. Many local artesan shops selling hand made goods. The famous donkeys are there to tour you round the village. The views from Mijas are quite stunning - worth a visit or two!
Fuengirola: This town stretches for many miles along the sea front with its easy walking new promenade (wheelchair friendly). Plenty of restaurants and cafes.
Many, Many restaurants, shops and bars to suit all tastes.
Tha main square, is very pretty with itsīs flowers and plants decoarating the square, in the evenings, many of the locals are seen sitting around the square just chatting. There is one precinct street "calle Moncayo" just down from the square which is full of restuarants well known for serving sea fish.
There are numrous shops suiting all tastes and budgets. For the young, or older and lively, there are many clubs, music bars, and discos.
Fuengirola has the most amazing zoo, well worth a visit, even for adults. Mijas Aqua Park only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Street markets: Fuengirola on Tuesdays, La Cala on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Puerto Banus on Saturdays, Benalmadena, Fridays. Benalmadena - Aquariaum open all days. Tivoli World - Open every Day in Summer. Benalmadena Port - worth a stroll to see the yachts, many, many shops and bars, open all day and most of the night. Day cruises from here. Supermarkets: Plenty of supermarkets, only minutes drive to the villas, including Hiper Europa (sells everything from food to beach shoes) Mercadona - large supermarket - excellent and good value for fresh fish. Banks - plenty. Puerto Banus and Marbella: Open day and night, plenty of designer shops, top restaurants, and non stop entertainment, only 20 minutes drive.
Booking notes
We require 300 euro deposit on booking. The balance to be paid a minimum of 2 months prior to arrival.
Cancellations are accepted a minimum of 2 months prior to arrival.
An accidental damage deposit of 250 euros is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded on departure.
